We were lucky enough to be gifted a John Deere riding mower, but have had to replace a few parts. Every time Ive called the parts department, the employees have been very kind, polite, and understanding towards someone with zero knowledge of mower mechanisms. Craig and Hunter were both very pleasant to work with, and were able to help me with a few back-and-forth emails of parts pictures. My husband has dealt with them in person and also said it was a great experience.

Went in to look for a small used tractor bought a brand new 1023E. My sales guy Peter Farm was amazing. All the staff there made this the best buying experience Ive ever had. As a veteran my favorite thing is the support and love they all have for veterans and our military. Not a better dealership out there. Mentioned AHW to others I know interested in getting equipment.

Disgusted! Signed a cash purchase agreement a week before driving 3hrs from STL to take delivery of a used tractor. Asked the sales rep Tom Williams, via email, if there were any major issues or hydraulic problems. He emphatically wrote back this was a sound piece of equipment. When I arrived the mid mount mower deck was frozen in the locked position and could not be lowered or removed from the tractor. A nice service tech spent 1.5 hrs trying to fix it to no avail. He stated that it was a hydraulic issue and he couldn’t fix it at this time. I called Tom and he said and I quote “ Sorry! It’s an as-is, where is deal”. No adjustment of price or other compromise! Classy. Love John Deere but If you the customer want to be treated with dignity and respect by the sales team I suggest taking your business to another JD dealership.

I called to ask if I could use their loading dock for a John Deere tractor I bought at auction on-line in Tennessee and I had no transporter deliver to me.They we very helpful in allowing me to use their loading dock as long as it was during their open hours.

It was good when we went and bought parts from them but buddy has had bad experiences with them working on his tractor he ended up having better luck buying the parts and fixing it himself then them fixing it for him
