The employees were VERY nice. Gave good advice and suggested products I bought as well. There were no complaints about my extra small dog.

Pretty decent place, my girlfriend and I visit here often, its far enough away from home, there is no chance my wife would find us. Great selection of toys, we always leave with a smile on our faces

Bad customer service! I wanted to check out and the cashier told me I had to wait 10-15 mins because she was doing inventory. She was talking to some other customer who saw me waiting and said I should go ahead but the cashier wouldn’t ring me up. I’ve worker in customer service for years and I believe you’re always supposed to take care of a customer who is waiting for service at the moment. I’ve also been to other adult stores and the staff was always happy to help and attentive.Ridiculous.
