I have been waiting for 4 days for my package to be delivered from this facility. If I had my choice, I would never choose FedEx ever again. I have never had problems with UPS. I ordered a birthday present for my grandson and he still hasnt gotten it, but I had other packages delivered to my house. I live 65 miles away, I shouldnt have to be aggravated with this company. Its not even Christmas delivery time yet.
I paid for Overnight Delivery and they did not even attempt to deliver my package. They just shipped my package back. Avoid this place and use UPS.
If I could leave 0 stars I would, There customer service is awful and they cannot do simple tasks, I am sick and tired of getting the run around. Hopefully this will be brought to someones attetion who still takes pride in customer serivce.
Paid for 2 day shipping but took much longer. Pandemic problem I assume. But it got there fine.
Easy to get in and out, and not as expensive as I thought it would be. They practice covid-safe procedures in this office.
I had a delivery scheduled, every day it would show out for delivery and every day it would go back to the shipping facility for next day delivery. I do not trust them to deliver my Christmas packages now. Ridiculous.
I am extremely upset with this facility and the people who work here. I was disappointed back in September, when I left at 11:15am for an appointment just to receive an update that an attempt was made at 11:03am. This is by all means impossible, because I was home at 11:03. And they didnt even leave a tag on the door, which is quite unprofessional. I am no longer disappointed in FedEx because I no longer have expectations of them. I was supposed to receive a package on Friday and only left the house for an appointment. Other than that I was home. Again, after no package delivery, I saw that another attempt was made. No door tag either, I had to look for an update myself. Today, Sunday, I remained vigilant for the package that was due to be delivered. I did not shower or wander into the back yard so that I would be ready to receive my package. At about 1pm, I checked the status and saw that an attempt was made at 9:44am. What were they attempting to do? Do I need to treat a box like a child on a school bus and stand on the curb for the hand off? There was no doorbell, no knock, no door tag. My package could walk from the facility and be at my house by now. Instead, I have to wait until Tuesday for something that should have been here Friday. I am trying to start my own business but the tardiness of your package delivery is wrecking this.

Horrible customer service at the desk. Didnt catch her name (redhead and rude), but she was awful. She told me the new driver probably didnt have door tags the first two tries, therefore leaving one note only and returning my item without any other notification. Use UPS, or drive it yourself, this place is garbage.

Amazing customer service! Shout out to Casey R. for going above and beyond to get my delivery. We were in town for the holidays and the package had arrived in Urbana but wasnt going to be delivered before we left to head back home. I stopped by and Casey was able to locate the package in the warehouse and get it for me. Thank you!!
They always fall behind schedule with deliveries and when I go to pick them up (which I inevitably have to do because they require signatures and are hours later than they say, as if I’m just supposed to sit outside waiting for them for half my day) they are curt unapologetic. They are unhelpful and terrible at their jobs. I avoid ordering through them if at all possible.

A small facility, but the staff have been very helpful everytime Ive had to stop in. I dont think Ive ever had to spend more than ten minutes in there. Theres usually no wait and the staff are quick.

I’m very disappointed by Fedex. My fiancé received a phone call from Fedex on Sep 24 telling her to pick up a package that they’ve failed to deliver three times and they would hold it for another two business days. We were confused because we did not receive a single phone call or door tag for the first two attempts. Since we were not expecting a package, we literally just found we had a package.We went to Fedex on Sep 26 to pick up the package, and the staff there told us the package was already returned to shipper. Of course we were upset because they told us the package would be held for 2 business days, and complained about the no phone call/door tag for the first two delivery attempts. The staff then said that he would go check whether the package was containerized. Luckily it was not, so we still got the package. We asked the staff why we only got door tag for the last delivery attempts. He argued that our building are secured and the landlord would not give them the key, so the driver must have left it at the gate. We walked past that gate three to four times during the day and did not see any other door tag left for us. He then argued that someone maybe from the landlord must have taken the door tags down, which sounded like an irresponsible deduction to us. We’ve seen door tags left at the gate for days and our landlord did not care about it at all. Since it looked like we were still very upset, he then said that the driver on that road has been working for 9 years, which sounded like he was implying that the driver definitely left the door tags and the fault belongs to the imaginary person who took down the door tag.
