I had a hood that would not properly close because of trying to close it when something was in the way. The issue was diagnosed as a bent hinge with no apparent damage to the hood. The hinge was replaced and the hood was adjusted to close properly. They even did some minor touch up on the hood where paint had chipped off because of the bad closing. This was all done extremely quickly and was handled in a professional manner. Excellent work from a great group of people!

The level of service is off the charts. I had nothing but trouble from my insurance company, but Urbabdale Autobody really went above and beyond, going to bat for me with he insurance company and making sure everything was fixed right. They not only fixed every dent so flawlessly that you couldnt even tell were they had been, but the repairs were completed ahead of schedule.

I took my 2018 Toyota in after a rear end accident and they were so professional and quick! I was able to bring my car in the same day I called and they had it fixed, painted, and glass reinstalled in 3 days.A few weeks later, my husband’s windshield got a decent crack in it. They replaced his windshield in a matter of hours.Great service and wonderful family business!

I had almost an identical experience as another reviewer. I had a minor problem with my bumper cover. I had caught it on a curb reversing. Dealership wanted to charge me for a new bumper. I stopped by Urbandale Auto Body on a whim at 8:30am as a walk in client. Was out the door with the bumper fixed 20 minutes later for no cost. The owner said he would appreciate an honest review and that is honestly what happened. Thanks again guys!

My dad worked here for over 20 years and I wouldnt trust anyone else to repair my vehicles. I brought in my 2016 Chevy Spark that needed some repairs after another car backed into it. This place is terrible. From taking 4 days longer than promised to fix a minor issue, to consistently not return phone calls, to wrongly ordering parts. If you are interested in getting a timely, professional repair look somewhere else. Service here is terrible. They will constantly tell you one more day and it should be done tomorrow only to not answer your call when you try to check on the progress.

I took my Cobra in to UABS a few years ago to get a minor tail light incident fixed. They did a great job. The car has been in storage since then and recently after getting it out I found a minor issue. They took me in the next day and made the adjustment without additional cost. Who does that anymore? Well, they did. Outstanding.

What turned into a small job took forever, no quality control!!!!

The service was terrible. They kept telling me, OK, we only need one more day to fix this one issue, and then youll get your car back. But they only delivered after keeping my car for 6 weeks! Granted, I was out of town for most of that time, but still, every time I was in town they told me it would be ready. And every time, they failed.Even then, when I got my car back, there was a crack in the windshield! I dont know how everybody in the shop missed it for 6 weeks. They also left a wheel in my trunk, and they left a plastic bag and an umbrella in my back seat. All in all, this place is terrible.
