The folks at ProSource were fantastic to work with from beginning to end. We ended a floor roughly 1/3 or a tile short (12x24 tiles) and I called them to see if I could purchase the sample they had on hand. The lady went and found it, and kept it for me. When I showed up, it was given to me for free and they would not let me pay for it. What customer service. I will be back and I will tell everyone I know how wonderful they are. Thank you ProSource!

I gave five stars for one of the people who helped me. She was very good at her job. I gave five stars for the products. They are wonderful as well. I was really happy with them until my counter began to crack the entire length of it after 5 months. I was told that it was the weather in Iowa and that they would take care of it. After 6 months they took care of it, but I did need to pursue them. However, I would recommend them highly as a place of quality, good workmanship and following through. They made sure I was happy at the end of it all.
