Andrea Schroeder and the carpet installer, Jake did a great job! Andrea helped us in the type and the design of the carpet and was available for all the questions we had..even after hours. The installation was perfect …..Jake cleaned up and moved our furniture. I would recommend them and Royal Flooring for your flooring needs!

You should keep looking for a vendor. If you can walk in a buy what you need and walk out, maybe. These guys did a shower/flooring for us and I heard ever, the dog ate my homework excuse/lie known to man. The tile/flooring product quality was fine but the delays were silly. Pulling the installer off the job and telling me he had a family emergency(Tiler told me he worked somewhere else that day), installing the wrong product, not ordering enough product (flooring installer said they are notorious for doing that), distributor didnt ship it, I lost track of how many times, and which family members got sick or hospitalized. I get that all contractors are busy and Royal probably has trouble finding help too, but I would pay up for the next grade contractor and avoid these guys.

GREAT customer service and employees that are always ready to help! The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a warm smile from the young ladies up front. All the sales staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The showroom is always clean and well kept and their selection of products is wide-ranging! Cannot recommend enough taking the time to stop by and walking around for yourself!

I worked with Andrea Schroeder on getting blinds. It was a very smooth sales process installation.

We moved into a new home, we put in our yearly requests in to have our carpet fixed. Royal Flooring will not guarantee their in installation work. They say they wont fix the carpet because it was the vacuum. DO NOT get carpet from Royal Flooring because they do not back their installations. Or you CAN NEVER vacuum. if you vacuum and it catches the carpet and starts ripping the carpet they wont fix it and tell you that it is not the carpet but the vacuum. But if it was installed properly you should be able to vacuum and not have the carpet be ripped up.

I was referred here through my builder to pick out window coverings and Andrea was very helpful! I didnt really know what I wanted or was looking for, but she helped me understand all my options and got me a variety of quotes to compare prices. Highly recommend.

Thanks to Nick Fiala at Royal Flooring for an outstanding job replacing our aged carpet in our living room, dining room, kitchen, entryway and hallways with Brazilian teak cumaru, and new carpeting in our master bedroom. The store sales people were wonderful. But there were communication problems. We were given a date for the carpet to be laid so we pulled the old carpet up ourselves in the downstairs living area, the stairs and upper floor landing area.They didnt show up as scheduled so we called and were told carpet was back ordered. Carpet came in around 2 wks later and we were waiting for schedule to lay it. The installers showed up without telling us they were coming. Then the installers marked up all our baseboard. Wood was chipped and my husband spent half a day repairing the baseboard. The installers were sloppy and had to have them come back twice to fix things. The carpet looks beautiful but we will never use Royal Flooring again due to poor communication and sloppy installers.

This was the best experience we have had with any home improvement project. Every person we dealt with was fantastic and made us feel like we were the most important customer they had, even though we know they are extremely busy. Would highly recommend this company for any flooring, appliance, etc. needs. If you are fortunate enough to deal with Matt as your sales person you will be in good hands, although I am sure they are all great. Thank you Royal Flooring!!

Go see Sue W. @ Royal Flooring she was the best!! The selection was great, the service was better, the price was significantly lower than others in town and online with the same product. I was also surprised they sold cabinets, stone countertops and appliances!! My last purchase was a single tube of caulk, Sue took the time to match the color to my sample and treated me like I was buying thousands of dollars in flooring! Small or large Royal Flooring treats you with respect! Try getting an orange apron at HD to assist you in the flooring department sometime! We got blinds for our newly built home through Royal Flooring. Over the course of the last year there were several instances where we had problems with the blinds. I have had a very poor experience with Royal Flooring. The cabinetry in my custom home built in 2018 came from Royal Flooring. In March 2019, Royal Flooring was notified of major issues with the cabinetry in my home. Nearly 2 years later, Royal Flooring has still not provided a fair, satisfactory resolution to the matter. On top of that, Royal Flooring is no longer responding to the communications sent to them. In November 2020, I submitted a Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint against Royal Flooring due to their lack of attention in addressing this matter. They even neglected to respond to the complaint filed with BBB despite the BBB contacting them 4 times (twice via email and 2 phone calls), further demonstrating their disregard for customer satisfaction. As of today (1/18/2021), Royal Flooring has an F rating from the BBB. I highly recommend finding a much more credible, customer-oriented company to do business with.

I had a great experience with Royal Flooring! My salesperson, Andrea Schroeder, was fantastic to work with - especially during COVID! She came to my house (masked up) and sent multiple samples from Mohawk. Their installers (Pedro and crew) showed up Monday morning at 9:30 a.m. and wrapped up mid afternoon on Tuesday (seven rooms, 16 steps and hallway). They were so efficient, pleasant, and they kept the place SO clean! I also found it very reasonably priced to have them move my big things to and from the different rooms). I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone (and I am PICKY)!!

We were doing a basement finish in our new home. We stopped in at Royal Flooring (beautiful new showroom) and Tyler Curtis helped us sift through the unlimited options of LVP they have. He came to the house and took measurements and sent us a quote. He got the floor ordered and in within a week. When the installer was half way thru the job he found some damaged floor. I contacted Tyler, sent him a photo and he took care of the issue within a couple days. I highly recommend Tyler Curtis and Royal Flooring. I worked with Royal Flooring on both of my homes. Both times the sales rep has been horrible. The contractor they had put in my carpet did not communicate at all and told me things they never followed through with. I will never use them again! They didn’t even finish my stairs it looks horrible. When I tried to tell them that because I was upset. They told me not to contact them again. They don’t care about the customer at all! Worst customer service ever!!!

Pros: Royal flooring has very good selection and a nice showroomCons: VERY expensive, as of 11/14 sales staff were not wearing masks unless explicitly asked.Their best pricing even with their sale was still .15 cents higher per square foot than competitors (Nebraska Furniture Mart).The lack of masks is inexcusable; None of the staff were wearing masks on 11/14 and we had to explicitly ask our salesperson to wear one.Follow up: after posting this review our third party contractor notified me that they were no longer willing to install our floor because of this review. They mentioned the review and their relationship with Royal Flooring as a contractor.I then spoke with management at Royal Flooring who said he was not concerned about employees not wearing masks and gave updates on their updated mask policy (post mask mandate)He also chided me for mentioning price in my review; that it was improper to negatively review a retailer on price if a transaction was not done with them. I see no reason to not mention price when reviewing a retailer, especially for a commodity good.Furthermore management offered to smooth things over if I was willing to delete my review.

Really nice place good people they treat you like family

We have done two homes and had Andrea Schroeder take care of both of them with shades. She is great to work with and I would do recommend them if you are looking for blinds.

We had a great experience purchasing appliances with Royal Flooring. Our sales rep, John Volz, was able to match or beat a Black Friday sale on the appliances we wanted from another retailer. Although one appliance was on back order, they were able to schedule our install quickly once it arrived. The installation crew of DJ and Mark were fantastic - pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and even swept our floors clean after installation! They immediately notified us that one of our items was damaged during shipping, but are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Tyler was very helpful and professional when we first come in to the store to look at tile. We decided to go with Royal Flooring and weve been very happy with the communication and service we received. The 2 men that came and installed the floor were very nice and hard working. We love the floor! It was also very nice to hear back from Tyler asking us if we were happy with the floor. Overall our experience with Royal Flooring was great and we really appreciated Tylers assistance. We will definately recommend Royal Flooring to all.our friends and family. Thank you!

Weve been trying to just get an estimate on countertops since Monday. On Wednesday, we were told they were working on it and should have it to us by the end of the day. Its now 4pm on Friday, were on the 2nd salesmen, and we still dont have even a price estimate!! This is even with my wife calling and having to reach out to them for updates. If it takes more than a week to just do a little math and tell us the price, I can only imagine how long it takes them to actually cut and install. Horrible first impression.After just reading the other negative reviews, it doesnt sound like the salespeople are too busy, either. Mind blowing.
