Good place except they dont understand that i will not give them my phone number even though i keep telling them i wont. every time i come in they ask and every time i tell them no. gets old in a hurry.

Always in and out of this store as quickly as I would like. They have plenty of other items to purchase for your convenience such as soda, beer, pastries, lotto tickets, and all of the accoutrement youd expect for cigar and cigarette smoking. The staff are always kind, helpful, and cheerful.

The Tobacco Outlet in Ames has been fast improving its quality selection and service. Not all Outlets are alike. The Ames Store blows the others out of the water on price, selection, variety and quality.Their Huge walk in humidor is as good as it gets, with an incredible variety of premium and more affordable cigars. Absolutely the best humidor in the County, and maybe in the entire State of Iowa. REALLY. They rival others in Chicago, Kansas City and St. Louis!

It was awful in there. There were 3 employees in there and still made me wait in line for 10 minutes for cigarettes. Acted like they had better stuff to do, unecaptable! Finally it was my turn and I asked for change after purchasing my cigarettes and she said she didnt have change. I saw the register and it was overflowing with money. I could. It believe my experience. I know smoking is frowned upon, but you sell them. I would consider other places for smokes.
