I world NEVER recommend this company to any one. I have used them for about 13 months and the billing side of the company is the worst I have ever had to work with. Due to the most recent unprofessional business practices I have had to deal with Im going to take my business to another supply company. They keep a large credit on your account and dont disclose it until you discover it and then they take weeks to send the check!I have spent so much time contacting the billing department, and they have terrible phone reception.

It took over 1.5 hours to rectify the bill. They gave my insurance company the wrong SSN, dates of service, account number and also billed them more than double what services should have cost!! I had to do THEIR job FOR THEM!!! Terrible customer service, they dont know their products, no clue how to problem solve and have no idea what inventory they carry. DO NOT UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES!!!

They have been very helpful over the years my husband has used a clap. I have called them and their resin e has been fast accurate and helpful.

This company is the worst when trying to communicate. I have been trying to resolve billing issues for 6 months. Every time I call I get someone who tells me if you pay this amount then the CPAP machine will be converted from rent to own. I keep receiving new bills when it was to be paid for. I will be taking this machine back to them today.Please be aware of this company. They are rip offs.
