I purchased what I thought was a prepaid wireless hotspot. The representative gladly took my money, told me I was set, only to get home and it will not connect anything. I called AT&T, the representative never activated the device. I live 55 miles away and now no one will help me. I will never step foot in that store again!! Makes me wonder what he did with my money😖

I was very pleased with the service I received from the AT&T store in Uvalde. I picked up 2 phones and on both trips I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
Bad customer service from the store itself. Theyre unwilling to work with customers during a global pandemic. I have covid and am unable to work, they refuse to refund a $65 payment I was never alerted of and never confirmed. Thanks for stealing $65 from me 👍🏻. Id rather never have service again than give my money to a company like this. Wish yall would get covid and lose your source of income so that youd understand how unreasonable it is to deny customers a refund in a time like this, especially when you dont have any kind of confirmation prior to withdrawing money from MY account. Its no wonder there have been countless lawsuits against AT&T. Thieving company.

On 11/28, I visited the local ATT store in Uvalde, TX w/a 1:00 appt. The representative had my device for slightly more than an hour. He activated my new mobile phone, setting up an email that is incorrect. I told him that Im not with that internet provider, but he did not listen! He handed my phone to me w/o transferring anything and recommended that I go to Angel Breeze bc they have a device they use to transfer important info from you old phone to the new one, but ATT doesnt have that device. So, I found out that it will cost me $35 @ Angle Breeze for that service. However, I also discovered that my email on my desktop will not work! I do have Dell Tech assistance, and they worked for 4 hours, but for the 1st time ever, even they couldnt resolve the issue. They did confirm my suspicions by saying that when the email was installed by the rep. at the local ATT store is the reason that I am now unable to access my Outlook email. I have to have a tech from Angel Breeze come to fix my desktop issue, the charge is $75 per hour. Ive been unable to contact a human being at the ATT store. I wanted to speak with the manager to see if he could help resolve the expenses, caused by his employee. No answer. No return calls! I have been an ATT customer all of my life and a mobile ATT customer for 20+ years. Why do I stay with them? Any recommendations for better service that is also has reliable connections regardless of the area you are calling? I just dont feel that this expense should be mine. Any suggestions on how to get ATT to pay for it? Hoping Angel Breeze can resolve the problem but not wanting to pay such a hefty amount and as I stated, I do not feel it should be my expense, but that ATT should pay for it!

Had a huge billing issue with AT&T that took months to clear up. The Uvalde branch tried to help and they also dropped the ball. I finally found someone over the phone that finally resolved the issue. The ONLY reason I use AT&T is for the coverage area.

Been with AT&T for over 20 years. Today was a first, my sales associate told me that removing my daughter from my account to her own was going to be to much trouble and that I should just get her a new line.

Very unhappy with the salesman. Thats one of the reasons I hate going into the store. Will not be going in there again. One of the reasons I prefer to do online and then I dont have to deal with all this.
After months on the phone with customer service not getting anywhere I came into the local store (whom customer service said made the error) and within 18 mins the manager Ms Lily had the error corrected and the refund on my account. I am very pleased with the way they took care of me today!

Came in to pay my bills and everyone was busy including this nice gentleman by the name of Dwight he noticed that I only needed to pay a bill so he was kind of nice to multi task and take my payment so like that on wouldn’t have to be waiting he is so awesome!!!

Made an appointment on line. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and not one representative has said hello to me. There is a sign in sheet for when people arrive. There are two att representatives working and 8 people on the waiting list. It would probably be faster just to go to San Antonio.
Jose Hinojosa helped me with a technical problem that has frustrated me for months. He was patient, interpreted my complaint, deduced the problem and showed me the solution & what to do in future if it happens again.He was polite, sincere and friendly! Good man.Sept 22, 2020Again the Uvalde store people have not disappointed. Tony Varela assisted me a few days ago in finding a better plan, & today suggested things to do using apps, and helped me file a claim. He explained information so I could understand. A very valuable employee & representative. Another reason to continue with AT&T.
Sidney was the rep that helped me. He is very professional and knowledgeable. If he ever leaves the company I will be switching to where ever he goes.

My friends at the Uvalde, Texas AT&T store are and have always been professional, kind, and knowledgeable. And I love their upbeat attitudes and are always wanting to help in a genuine way. You can tell that these employees are not just there to make a paycheck. They earn every penny while wearing a smile.
If you go to this place ask for sidney, he is so friendly and helpful, made the whole process enjoyable. Got three really good phones for a reasonable price.

The people in this store are usually very nice but today I went in to make a purchase which just happened to be inauguration day. They had the inauguration on TV. The salesman helping me looked at the TV, shook his head and said, Can you believe where dumb enough to vote for that idiot? I tried to change the subject but he kept wanting to talk politics and how bad Trump was. I usually keep my politics to myself and I surely would if I were a business owner. Im sure it isnt store policy to discuss politics but they might want to educate their employees. As one of the aforementioned dumb people, it was either get into a heated discussion about how anyone could support an old socialist or just keep quiet and get out of the store; I opted for the latter.
