Friendly fast service when I swapped out phone.

In this store customer service lady was lack knowledge of products.

So this year I gifted my Dad with his first iPhone. He finally had a chance to go and set it up at cricket with the hopes of transferring atleast some of his apps and data to the new phone. But unfortunately the customer service was not up to par. He was told that his “stuff” should have been transferred and if not for him just to come back another day. Apparently there was only ONE person working and that’s crazy seeing as it’s the week of Christmas. No one is perfect, I get that and I don’t expect a cricket employee to be perfect but if you are working at a store front then you should know that the first thing about working store front is customer service. So I am rating his experience a one star rating because now he doesn’t even want the gift I gave him. All because the first person that had a chance to show him about his new phone didn’t feel like it.

Awesome staff! Always courteous, clean store. I always have a pleasant experience when I go there.

I went into the store today and an employee named Helen helped me and I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to me I thought she is very rude and lacks good customer service skills.

No comment, a few girls are great in the front but I had a bad experience with one that now Id rather call to cricket phone help then to go to the store, for the service I got that day and the way she tried to treat me Ill call instead,

The ladies were extremely helpful and accomodating.

I was very excited to switch to cricket until I got home and was unable to use my hotspot feature which I ask how to use instore. So come to find out through customer service my phone isnt compatible not to mention she didnt inform me of the $25 activation fee till I ask why so much?? But she was willing to charge me for something that I wanted and cant even use with this phone. Just seems like she wanted to rush me out of the store.

Customer service there is horrible. Employees treat customers horrible and the wait time is way way too long to long to pay monthly bill.

Anytime I come in the staff is very pleasant, courteous and helpful. I switched back to Cricket, in part bcuz of the service. Keep up the great job!!

Fast and pleasant employees put me at ease about a text that was sent out to some customers. Have been a customer for 10 yrs and would not change companies ever.

Out of service 13 days. Still not redolved.

Hours displayed on store dont match hours online. I dont live close to a Cricket and coming into town to pay my bill and finding out the store doesnt open for another hour is a huge inconvenience. Cricket store needs to update their signage.
