Rating not on the quality of North Fave but of the hovering the employees do over you while you are shopping. It is something I’ve never ever felt! As if people want to steal, well no, I won’t be coming back to this store ever again !! The worst ! If you were trying to give great customer service it didn’t feel like it after being asked for the 10th time and the constant stares it felt more like an insult to the shopper.

We went when they were having a great sale. A line formed out the door limiting how many folks went in. Like waiting for a bar to open. Double check and try on clearance items. They ran small. Ended up with a fleece jacket that was half off!

There’s some decent clothing options here, I just wish they had a bigger inventory. Pretty good customer service as well.

Max occupancy on the door is posted to 33, there’s maybe a handful of people in the store right now. Last week tried to come in, wasn’t allowed in because they were already “over capacity” by six. 4 people came out and I couldn’t go in still even though there was nowhere near 33 people in the store. Get it together northface. We’re not “social distanced” when we’re all packed in a line trying not to block the side walk.*Adding that the staff wasn’t knowledgeable about their product and the guys at the register had zero customer service skills and were more occupied about looking at cars that were passing by.

I want to let you know that on 04/11/2021 at 5:50pm we arrived to the North Face store in Vacaville “Anthony” was at the door, we proceed to get in and he stopped us indicating that the store was about to close, I asked if my husband can get in since we were driving from Sacramento and needed a gift for our son’s birthday, he declined, I tried again, but he didn’t let us -even though technically it was 10 mts before closing time- he didn’t care that we were senior citizens, he should have been more considerate…I hope he is not the store manager(!!), he definitely needs more training about what customer service is all about.

Always some solid deals, but total hit or miss if you can find the something specific youre looking for. Extremely helpful staff and high quality outdoor clothing.

Be prepared to wait!! Had to register for a spot in line. I got there at 1015 (they open at 10) and didnt get to go into the store until 1130. Staff was very kind, very good deals, stocked more than I was expecting

The manager here is the worst employee I’ve ever come across. He was very rude and disrespectful. They’re not letting you try on more than one size of the same item. What is the point? I understand regulations with covid, but at that point might as well not try anything on. The employees assumed I was trying on multiple items and threatened me as the manager stated that, “If I see you try on clothes, I’m kicking you out of the store. K cool.” It’s so unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here.

Unexpected extended stay in vacaville. These outlets are a good way to kill some time and see what cool stuff is out there for a discount. Check out the North Face store, its the gem here for outdoor enthusiasts.

I am looking for a different size in a girls jacket from the Berkeley store. I just called and spoke with Carlos. He went above and beyond to look and get back with me for alternative. He let me know the sizes available and was very polite and apologetic on the phone when he placed me on hold. Thank you for great customer service!

I would suggest allowing more than 5 people in at one time. Everyone has their masks on so I would suggest more at one time.

BEST FACTORY OUTLET STORE. I visited this place in 2015. You will find outlet store of each company gucci, versache, armani, etc..Price are better than malls and other outlets in california. Even you can get offers on some product. The best leather jacket in the world is available here. If you want rare leather material, you must visit here.

Racial profiling from the employees as soon as we walked in for back to school shopping an employee followed my son around and talked into his wired ear piece. My son 14 didn’t even notice he was on his phone the whole time, I approached the employee and asked him if there was a problem and he said no we do that with everyone except I notice he was helping people on the register when we walked in and he decided to follow us around. I ended up not buying anything. I can spend my money where they don’t think I’m stealing because of the way I look.

This store was amazing, they had really good deals and I finally found the jacket that I wanted!

Id give this store a 4.5 rating. They have lots of great gear at some good prices. Of course, Id like to see a bigger selection of NF gear, especially in the Summit Series. Unfortunately, they have the gear that most tourists need. Nevertheless, you will find some great deals at this NF Outlet.

Pretty limited supply. Especially for men. They have made for the outlet items that are of lesser quality but still good.

Not much of an outlet. The people are nice, but the product kept in the store isnt very consistent nor is it particularly great. It seems like the store has all of North faces worst stuff. Also because it is an outlet there are no returns allowed for some reason. You wont likely find what you want.

Actually I rarely came here because it a bit far away from my house, but it really nice to come and always surprise with selling price items, love it.

Store manager and a staff member didn’t let my 4.5 years old son with me in the dressing rooms, they said “Just one person in the fitting room” and this is the company policy . It is as crazy as it sounds! This kind of policy will just make you loose money! Of course I didn’t try on anything and left.

Ok. Its an outlet with sales but everything is marked at regular retail. Nice quality stuff but still not worth the prices.

You can find amazing discounts on North Face clothing and accessories here! Not everything here has a discount, but if you look you can find some real good ones.

Merchandise deserves 5 stars, but the staff are WAY overly helpful! I couldnt get 3 minutes to myself without being asked if I needed help, etc. Sounds minor, but it made for an unpleasant shopping experience.

Even though its an outlet, you can find many of their main jacket and style lines here. It feels as though most of the items are still overpriced with discount, but its the quality you pay for. Sometimes you get lucky and you can find the item that you want with a discount.
