Mr. Charles is a honest stand up guy. This is the only place I go when It comes to purchasing used tires or getted new ones mounted/balanced. Way better prices than the big name brand tire shops.

Was looking for used rims due to a questionable repair done at another shop. They spent extra time trying to locate problem before installing correct rims. Went above and beyond to make sure my college son’s car was safe to drive back to Atlanta. The correct rims and used tires with only $40 charge. Couldn’t walk away without adding tip to make it right. Would consider driving the distance if ever need them again. Great feeling to know that they cared that much for a college kid! Can’t thank them enough. They’re great!

Very rude and horrible customer service. I called about a tire because I heard that they had really good tires, but the guy on the phone was super rude and kept cutting me off every time that I talked. Will never get my business.

Best price in entire town. The owner will even help u out if u low on funds an he really cares about his customers ur not just a dollar sign at this places an he will never let u leave on a tire that as unsafe no matter what. Very good places to order new tires or buy used ones for a quick fix.

Came in for a low profile tire expecting to spend over 100 dollars luckily a guy getting new tires on his Corvette had the same size tire used but still good man $15 for a 275/40/18 is a steal I would gladly go back for another visit

This guy is a jerk. He doesnt return calls and is rude if you call him back. He lost my business. I was going to buy a replacement rim and four tires from him and decided to just buy them off line at triple the price because of his attitude. I hope he goes out of business.

This guy is a massive jerk. I went there with my Girlfriend to get a spare tire, and he yelled at her for not understanding what he said, made fun of her car, her income, and was generally an a**hole. Once we yelled at him, he gave us a free jack, but called back a few days later in the same rude manner. Would not recommend. Do not go here.

Customer service sucks! Sales staff impatient and rude!!! Shop on line. Very unprofessional. I went back a 2nd time and was treated like a 3rd class citizen once again. Whoever posted they were great must be akin to them.

Not Terrible, they are just not very customer service oriented and dont ever seem to have the sizes I need

Called twice, visited once. Total time of calls & visits 32 minutes...still dont know if they have what I need...they need to see my rim first and I have to wait for them to look at my rim which takes time they did not have during my in person trip. Will try again today...if they dont have the time, I truly dont either...Ill have to buy a new one. Let us pray...lol.
