Ugh, they cuss too much, listen to trap music all day and dont have knowledge on their products except one guy and I cant think of his name. He was great. Stocky white dude. He was great but everyone else succcks!

Ashley (One of the managers) is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or scared! Unlike car dealerships, she is the epitome of honesty and a genuine leader. The Lady deserves a raise for her hard work and patience! Again, thank you Ashley! Autozone is lucky to have her!

Omg I was traveling from Tallahassee to Ohio and my engine light came on and I went in and they immediately helped me out. Fixed my car and I was on the go! Not only did they fix my car with ease but they were so friendly and genuine! Thank you everyone.

I was in a very bad position today that could have ruined my night and/or week. My power steering pump went out on my car so I pulled over to the n Ashley auto zone where I met a fantastic woman. She was able to get me my parts and find me a mechanic. Mind you it’s almost 8 pm. I’m now back on the rode and so grateful for her. Shout out to Johanna Mars thank you so much.

Walter was extremely helpful with my headlight problem. He explained to us why he thought it was not the part we said it was so I bought the part he suggested. I sent my young daughter (20) to get a battery check. The dealer tried to sell her a new one. However I knew Auto Zone would check it and install it for less. They did not try to make her buy a new one. The told her it needed a charge. We drove it o. I-75 for a while. Then I went with her to to be checked again. They were friendly and showed us that it was good. I thanked them for taking care of my baby. Then I bought jumper cables in order to support the business that always looks out for women. I have gone to Autozone many times over the years because they always offer to install a battery, install headlights, or assist me without being pushy or disrespectful.

Dont waist your time going here,, they cant check for nothing and on top of that; theres never any parts on the shelves. HAD to go to Orielys thats across the street and they had everything I needed.

They usually have our part in stock if not they order it, fast delivery. Free tool rental and the machine that tells us whats wrong with our jeep are a plus too. Usually cheeper than the other guys too. And i know this because ive gotten alot practice with DIY auto repairs lately.

This store saved me a little over $200 just by answering some questions and explaining things. This will be the only place I go for parts. Excellent customer service. Thanks.

A pretty good location. Nice staff, decent layout. Sometimes an extended wait for help but they are actually helping other customers so its not frustrating. They do usually have the best rental tools at this store though. All in all pretty satisfied with this location

Wow. The staff at this auto zone is really nice. They really try to help you and are not lazy to go the extra mile to get you what you need. Great job guys.

Ask for Mike Carver. He totally took care of me from start to finish. I needed a battery for my car, and he got me the best one and then put it in. He obviously knew what he was doing; sometimes you get with someone that knows less than you do. He even offered to let me and my daughter stay inside with the A/C while he put the new battery in. Totally satisfied with my experience!

Was skipped over while in line as I waited to have codes pulled. Brake, anti skid, and anti lock lights were illuminated. Worker asked what year my Mustang was. I drive a Z28. No answers from them as to what was going on with my car.

Currently in the store. The associates arent interested in helping or appearantly, refunding my money for a as I got skipped in line for a guy with air fresheners. Very disappointing to say the least.
