When Ive called, im either placed on hold or told let me call you back in a few minutes but that never happens. When you go, more often than not, parts pricing is so close to retail, if the part is available at retail with a warranty, it just makes more sense. Not like it was in 2010

Took my car in running but when I went to get it they had took my brand new plugs and broke bolts off in the engine and had to tow it away

While Driving to Orlando the low coolant light came on. We had my truck towed to Martins salvage and Transmission. They were able to accommodate my truck and trailer. After a quick review they were able to replace the coolant hose and get me on the road right away. Thank you for the fast service.

Its been a month now still havent got my truck yet,Im having to call them to see whats the hold up. Very unprofessional in my eyes. Never will I go to them for my service again. My truck stopped on me 3days before Christmas Eve an I still dont have my truck just to clean out the cats on a truck.

Smoked my transmission on my way home from vacation in Florida on I75. Found Martins through Google maps and the nice people at the visitors center in Park City, GA. They got me towed to the shop, the owner himself took us to the hotel of our choice in Valdosta, picked us up the next day and had me back on the road with a rebuilt tranny all in under 24 hours. The other shops I called were all supposedly busy and couldnt get me in for 2 to 3 days, and I had to be back to work. The people at Martins were so nice and professional,, and were so sympathetic to my problem,,, they took care of me like I was family and not some out of towner. The best thing,,, they didnt gouge me on the price of the repairs! I know cars,,, I know what things cost to get them fixed,,,, these great people are probably one of the few that are still around that are 100% honest people. Thank you Martins for everything and getting me back home safe. So if you ever break down in southern Georgia,,,, give Martins a call. God bless
