These guys do a really good job. They’re quick and efficient and don’t constantly try to “up sell” you. It isn’t really cheap but worth the price. They give each customer their full attention.

I pulled in after work and they were able to take me right away. Friendly, courteous staff. Efficient and communicative and talked me through the entire process. Absolutely come here. It is worth it!

Showed me my options for oil changes. Checked my lights and fluid levels. Did the oil change accurate to the price and even asked if we were military for military discount. I’ve been using them about three years since I’ve moved here to Valdosta. Always have had good service from them. Very courteous and professional. In between oil changes if I need air in tires or top off fluids they have always been helpful in doing it.

Ive used this location regularly, for the last 5 oil changes I’ve had & the service has always been spot on. Friendly. Professional. Seem to really care. Ur standard oil change here, has been $24.99 plus tax. Unfortunately, the price has now, gone up to $40 plus. They did wipe my windshield in addition to the price upgrade.

They tried to charge us almost 300 for three blown fuses and they didnt even know that it was the fuses they said it was the electrical wires. Jason is a good mechanic but the others idk.

In and out, never left the car! Paid exceptional attention to the details, double checking everything including my battery for me! Will be back for sure!

They are Fast, do great work, and good customer service. I went for a oil change and it felt like I went thru a pit stop. In my time being there they let me know everything they were doing, and they didn’t pressure me into getting anything else that I didn’t need.

Jason the manager of American Lube Fast was very professional. Took care of my lexus in an efficient and productive way. Also gave me good advice on how to maintain my vehicle and things I should look out for. Would recommend this store to anyone. Great place to change your oil at.

I pulled in because I needed an oil change. I waited maybe 20 minutes or so and pulled into the bay. The shop manager and his Co worker were very friendly and professional. The manager was out in the shop working with his partner but was talking to me about anything and everything while I waited in my truck. They are very honest and now have a new customer after telling me my oil was leaking from the filter not being put on correctly at Walmart on Norman drive. I will definitely be back when I need more work done on my truck.

They were fine for my oil changes. However, when I left my vehicle to have the suspension checked, they smoked in my car and broke a piece of the dash that is near the ash tray.

A few years ago this was my last choice. I have been past due on service and just haven’t had time to make any appointments to the dealership. For convenience, I stopped in. Their manager, Jason, runs a well-oiled machine. They were fast, courteous and did extra, like vacuuming my carpet. He has drastically improved this location and I will most likely use them going forward, even though I live in the neighborhood the Hyundai dealership sits.

Came in a couple weeks ago, needing an oil change. The entire staff was super friendly and efficient. Had us in and out in under an hour, even with people being in line ahead of us.

Buyer beware! I know places like this are notorious for trying to sell you work you dont actually need, but these guys crossed the line this morning. I went in for an oil change and fully expected a sales pitch, so I wasnt surprised when they asked to show me a couple of things. I was told that the power steering fluid needed to be changed and was shown a sample (that supposedly came from my car) that was completely black. I suspect now it was either engine oil or a sample from another car because upon arriving home, I checked the fluid myself. The fluid level was right where it should have been and had a perfect light amber color. If you must use this place, do yourself a favor and know how to double check everything.

They got in me in and out super fast. Will be returning.

Why would someone shake your car then you ask why it was shaking and the attendant says they were checking the drain plug? That sounds worse. 😒

I went for an oil change back in April and now my truck needs a new engine. My initial claim was never filed back in May due to the manager ignoring my issue. I had to do a follow-up call and after he finally did my claim, he lied about his actions. My claim was denied on June 17 and I just received this information today, July 21st, because I had to call them myself for the status of my claim.
