This place is AWESOME! I brought my car in with a nail in the tire, and told them I’d like for it to be patched, but if they had to replace the tire then so be it. Not only did the tire get patched, but they got it done in 20 minuets! And the cherry on top? They didn’t even charge me! These awesome guys have earned all my future business!

Came in for a tire patch. The parking lot was full, assuming they were pretty steady though the day, they took my car and had me patched within the half hour. Pricing is beyond reasonable as I priced another place was about 10$ more not including tax. Support local!!

Nice people. Quick service $80 for pick up truck oil chg and recharge AC. Others waiting said its the best and they dont try to add things you dont need. Only complaint..my truck said low coolant I told the guy that..he wrote syn oil cig and low coolant. I dont think they filled the coolant or used synthetic oil..put on oil chg sticker 4000 miles when next cig due..with synthetic they put 6k mile I thought..but next time Ill mention it. Even the Chevy dealer did the same to me...but charge a lot more!Ill be back we get tires and alignments here too. Easy in out.

I have been taking my vehicles to Tire King since I moved to the area in 2009. I have always had a great experience with them. And the service and price always meet my expectations. I tried other places just to shop around but always ended up at Tire King.

Great service and awesome prices. Brought in my old and new tires and got them replaced, balanced and recycled way cheaper than the other 4 places I had checked with.

Came in at 9am on a Saturday morning and the garage was packed. Needed my starter replaced and they initially asked if I could come back another time since they close at 12 - I went to leave and my car wouldnt start, so they agreed to squeeze me in. Keith had my starter replaced and I was out the door by 11. Very friendly guy and much cheaper than anywhere else I called. I live in Tallahassee but Id drive back out here again just to have my car serviced by these guys.

Honest, with quality repair. A bit disorganized. If you go for several things, make a list with a copy for yourself, to make sure everything is done. They wont charge for work that wasnt done, but may forget to do something. One of the only two shops I use in Valdosta.

I called Cooper Tire company who gave me their name and number. I read all the reviews here and was terrified. I called them from a rest area on i75 and they have me directions. What wonderful service and people! They were waiting with the tire and brought me right in. What did I learn out of this? There are always people that have bad experiences but there are a lot of people that have great service from them and just dont report it. So those of you that do have good service, write about it!

Pitiful service after they get your money. Bought 4 tires for a trailer I bought in Valdosta. I left to drive home and got about 400 miles. I pulled over to get fuel and noticed a tire a little low. Air it up, check for a leak or a nail and see nothing. I got back on the road and stopped a few miles later to check it and you guessed it, low again. I change to my spare, make it home. When I get home (650 miles away) I check the tire out and see that there is a separation on the sidewall right at the tread line letting air out. I called Tire King and here is what he tells me. Pay a shop to remove it, pay UPS to ship it to me and I will look at it. REALLY?????? Im supposed to pay out about 40.00 send you my tire so you can say, I dont think we will warranty this. Why not a picture of the tire, send me another one so I can get back to using my trailer, and send me a pick up slip for ups and you pay those charges. Seems like he is not willing to stand behind his product to me. My advice, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT A HASSLE WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG.

Im military. Came to Valdosta early August for a 3 day trip to house hunt and wife interview for a specific job. Starter went out on van around 10:30 am 2nd day. Had van towed to Tire King based on recommendation (by the person wife was about to interview with). Was told van would be fixed that day since we had to travel home the next day. Van wasnt ready until lunch time the next day. I had to call them several times to find out if van was ready. They never call me. Based on what was said on the phone I could tell that they didnt start working on the van until the morning after van broke down. $300ish bill.Fast forward to the end of September. Family had moved to Valdosta. Wife traveled to NC and was coming home on a Sunday. Starter went out near SC/GA border. Wife had to leave van with a mechanic and was able to get home. A friend of my brother loaned my wife a truck and she got home around 3am. Got about 3 hours sleep and went to work. On Wednesday I had to get off work at lunch and travel to SC to return truck and pick up my van. (My experience with that mechanic is another story). Was charged $600.When I called Tire King to discuss, found out they dont have electronic records. Was told they would have to look for paperwork (receipt) and call me back. Never received a call back. Fortunately I was able to find MY receipt since it was not packed away when we moved to Valdosta.I went in to Tire King and took the bad starter. I didnt understand what they were saying, but they questionand whether it was the starter they put on. They were saying something about some metal parts were falling right off. But one man eventually told another one to just not worry about it and write me a check for the $300ish. I still lost the other $300 different from the mechanic work from SC and the cost of the fuel for the vehicle the friend loaned us.As a Christian I know all things happen for a reason, that God could have prevented all the bad things, and my experience was just a bad sequence of events. It turned out ok.Im not saying Tire King is all bad. And other people may have good experiences. After all, the person who recommended them has lots of work done by them. But based on my experience with them I wont go back unless there are no other options.
