No trash cans in the whole place, imagine that.rude staff. wont be back

Its odd that someone could possibly give a place like this a bad review. Let me explain, all these stores are the same. The only difference is the people working within them. I dont ask for much nor do I set my expectations very high. What I do ask for is customer service. That means, Im the most important thing to you while Im your establishment. When Im at the register making my purchase. The last thing I would expect is you talking on your phone. Thats the rudest thing, deal with those directly in front of you. That why youre there to begin with.

Dollar General rocks when your in a hurry. They have just about everything that you would be shopping for & the items are very easy to find. I love all the Dollar General stores & theres usually one right close by to you wherever you are in Valdosta Georgia. Two thumbs up & a great job to Dollar General!!

Store is nice sometimes messyBut can we talk about how hard it is to get out during rush hour?!?!? 2 ways in 1 way out. Pain in the you know what!!!

Like the store they have a wonderful movie selection I especially like the Classic Movie collections they offer. Now heres the butt, went to purchase Pop-Tarts first box was already opened checked it further and it was expired found 3 more boxes of expired Pop-Tarts alerted the manager to the situation

Store was very clean and well stocked! Entire staff was friendly and very helpful. Been in other DG stores that were not as clean and pleasant as this store. Was a good experience for sure!!!

Although the products are inexpensive the quality is of the corresponding quality. But if you just need something they have a good selection. The only issue I have with them is the aisles are very crowded.

They are friendly but doesnt really have the staff to accommodate to the flow of customers... The store is big but not well throught out as far as making it convenient to shop unless you know where to look

I stop here to grab a few things from time to time as its convenient on the way home. The staff is always nice, however, when trying to change out drawers at night it can be kind of crazy giving the fact that one person typically only takes card paying customers and of course everyone in line has cash.

This store had nothing i needed 2 time this week.

Aweful, aweful, always a long line with one person working, never have shelve full or halfway full.

Ive been in this store 4 times and 3 times the staff was rude

Second time I’ve gone in to buy these storage containers which were $5. Rang up for $6.45. I didn’t notice it until I got to my car. Told them last time they were wrong but still haven’t corrected issue. Cashier not very friendly or apologetic for the mess up. More like I was bothering her for pointing it out. So instead of being assisted with the problem I went and took a picture of the price tag on shelf to show her it was wrong. Why should I pay an extra $6.10 when I don’t have to??? And maybe DG needs to give a class to their employees about being friendly and helpful to customers?! To me it’s common sense bc the customers are why they have a job in the first place!!!! I am tired of being treated poorly by employees of places I shop and from now on I’m going to speak up instead of just taking it.Returned again 2 weeks later. Same woman as above just as rude as she was then. Couldn’t see her name tag bc it was sagging down too low or else I would’ve gotten her name. I do believe she is a manager which makes it even worse. They are supposed to set an example for the people under them. (Now he was sweet and helpful). I will not be going back to this store bc I’m tired of helping pay her paycheck and being treated like a bother.Also get the non-clearance items out of the clearance section and you won’t have to work as hard! Or work period in this case.
