Our sales person was Shakera! She was amazing!! So sweet and definitely has a passion for helping people find what best fits their needs! She was so knowledgeable on all the beds, bases, prices and sales promotions! She helped us find the best deal for what we wanted! We also wanted to pick the mattress up the next day in Albany. Pick up was super easy and fast. The guys loaded everything for us! I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm to all my friends and family!

My wife and I have been there twice. We first met Shakira who provided us with great information AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ALLOWED US TIME TO FEEL OUR MATTRESS CHOICES. A week later we returned and met Katrina who was also OUTSTANDING, PATIENT AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. We made a purchase and have a delivery date set for July 3rd 2021. Provided we receive our orders on that date I will edit my rating of Mattress Firm to 5 stars. Great experience!

I ordered a mattress over the phone and it went very well and was handled efficently. However the delivery was a nightmare. I had to reschedule my original delivery date because of illness and when I started receiving delivery reminders I called the store and they reassured me that the delivery was next week and it was a computer problem. However on the original delivery day I received more reminders and called the store, and again I was told to ignore them so imagine my surprise when the delivery guys showed up with the mattress a short time later. I was then informed that they werent going to bring the mattress in or remove the old one even though I had paid $99 for Gold Service because they werent allowed to take old mattresses. The delivery guys were great in spite of everything and did set the new up, but I still had to force them to take the old one. When I called to complain the manager seemed uninterested in what had happened. The next week I started getting delivery reminders, which I ignored. Apparently the manager never cancelled the rescheduled delivery and the guys showed up again with another mattress. I found it interesting that both sets of delivery guys said that this mixed up delivery situation happened frequently. Never again

Overall experience was good. There were a couple of bumps during the process but Katrina was great with assisting and getting everything smoothed out.

I honestly went in the store to Look for a mattress topper and she didn’t have one as quick as i needed . But i left with a pillow that literally saved the day! She was so nice and helpful

Id have to say the customer service was pretty good but business practices leave a lot to be the desired. Signage attached to the windows clearly state 10% military discount with no exclusion stated at all. Unfortunately when getting to the register we were told that that only applies to certain products in the store. Personally this is unacceptable. I have pictures to back up my claims and they know how to use some exclusions apply because other signage on the window clearly states that and fine print but not on the military discount. Even after pointing this out I was refused the discount.

In-Home Delivery was awesome! The delivery workers exceeded my expectations. They came in removed the old mattress and base and installed the new one very easily. I rate my experience with phone service with Katrina in Valdosta 5/5 and 10/10 with the delivery of my new bed. Definitely will order again!

We went to mattress firm yesterday to look for some new mattresses and man do they have them. So much good quality mattresses to pick from you just have to lay on them and find what is right for you. These people are real knowledgeable about these mattresses with no pressure to buy. It was a great experience buying what we needed, cant wait for delivery.

I came days prior to my purchase and talked with the sales representative Shakira and she walked me through a variety of bed selections while also sharing important information on various sleep styles. There was no pressure to buy, no haggling, or no gimmicks. The rep wanted to make sure I was fully educated on my selection.When I returned for the actual purchase, I was greeted by a different sales representative, Teresa, who was very knowledgeable and she walked me through the final purchasing process. The rep presented a number of purchasing options in conjunction with financing and afterwards we were able to close the deal. Both representatives made my buying experience a pleasant.The customer service, knowledge of both the representatives, and the friendly conversation made this experience great.

Josh was great, he made everything so easy for us. We told him what we wanted and our budget and he got us everything on our wishlist within our budget.However, we specifically ordered from this location to get our mattress on the date we we’re moving and received no compensation or communication that the bed was not arriving on time . We were told by the store manager to go buy an air mattress and received 2 pillows for the air mattress that we now have to sleep on for an additional 7 days. I understand how COVID could affect orders but we still should have received additional compensation for something that was absolutely not our fault.

All of the prices advertised are the Buy-out option, if you dont pay the full price within a month or so they tack on the Lease price which added around $1200 for my case. The salesman wont make it clear either so make sure you read the lease thoroughly. They got me good, never thought Id pay $2800 for a mediocre spring mattress.

Bought a mattress 4 years ago with 10 year warranty and it started sagging so I called and got ahold of Katrina at the Valdosta store. She walked me thru the process to file a warranty claim on their website and within 5 days our warranty was approved @ 100% replacement. I then called Katrina back and set up day and time to come check out new mattresses and she was very knowledgeable and is always friendly (we knew her from the Thomasville store). She helped us pick out our replacement mattress and 2 days later it was delivered with both service guys being prompt with the delivery and actually 30 minutes ahead of our scheduled window and on a Sunday at that! They were so genuine and kind and got the old one out and the new one in with no issues! I highly recommend doing business with them....go try you a Temperpedic bed you will not be disappointed!!

This was my third purchase from matress firm . Love tge merchandise was not impressed by delivery was supposed to haul off old matress but didnt. Had to reschedule for them to pick it up . Other than that satisfied

We had a great experience. The staff was nice and very helpful. They were patient with us and our 2 kids who thought the store was a jungle gym. Our sales associate was Jason and he was very helpful. The only thing I could say they should work on is call the customer when their items arrive. I had to call the store to verify our mattress was there ready for pickup.

Horrible service. Salespeople are always being swapped out. Prices vary depending on who you speak to. The people working today dont even know the people from yesterday and good luck trying ta exchange a mattress. I hope youve got all day to waste because they dont know how to do that. I did not purchase anything from this store and when I called to ask about it, the lady informed me it was a man and she did not get his number or check his license to confirm identity. She then explained that she just pulled up the first Jessie she saw and did not verify and info. I still don’t know if someone got ahold of my info or it was laziness on the employee. Still very scary.

My daughter and I were shopping for a mattress for her new apartment. We were in the store two separate days - once trying out numerous mattresses and the next bringing her headboard in to see how it would mount to the frame we bought. They (Brandon and Jason) were extremely helpful and friendly and actually partially mounted the frame to be sure it would fit and hold securely. Mattress shopping is tough. We are certainly glad to find a company that lets you exchange the mattress if it turns out to be the wrong one for your body too. Thanks for your help guys!
