Absolutely wonderful business. Employees are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I bought a membership for $20.00 earlier in the year and this membership earned me a 20,% off coupon on my purchases which came to $120.00 off this last shopping event. Wow, what a fun place to get marvelous quality items that brought a fantastic sparkle to my home. Its fun to wake up beneath my new Zeider down filled comforter. That kept me as warm a as toast and its almost weightless. My new sheets are crisp and cozy as well. With my huge discount, I virtually received my Shark vacuum, mop sweeper free with money left on the coupon to buy extra Shark cleaning supplies. Love this place. You will too.

Great sale on premium towels. Unexpected find!

Cashier was most patient, polite and professional! Her eager willingness to research my item of interest and offer suggestions was a pleasant reprieve from cashiers of late. Options of delivery were explained and her thorough -yet unrushed- attitude was sincerely appreciated!

Their high prices, unfriendly staff and overcrowded aisles. I hate that I still have to go there sometimes for some size and shape pillowcases...

The smallest BB&B Ive ever seen, didnt even have a pasta roller. Searched all over valdosta for a pasta roller... (hand crank not kitchenaid attachment) ended up using a rolling pin that i had to get somewhere else. Guess Im spoiled from larger locations that would have everything imaginable. And no one working even acknowledged my presence guess they were too busy chatting in a group by the register and not helping customers. Oh well back to Amazon I guess.

I enjoy shopping in the store. However the decision to jump in the cancel culture of Twitter, Facebook, and the media by dropping Mike Lindell’s My Pillow products has caused them to lose me as a customer. I will no longer shop in their stores. I will buy my table linens, kitchen gadgets, sheets and towels from a company that doesn’t try to silence conservatives.Not a great idea to alienate a large section of your customer base.

Fairly easy to negotiate and find products, but definitely jam packed with merchandise,?! Excellent wait staff. Made it very easy and economical to gift wrap items for bridal shower and that rapping was a free service. able to find grapefruit knife unavailable in other stores with a fair-sized collection of kitchen utensils. Kudos for caring harder to find items!

The store has a huge selection of items. Some stuff is really expensive, others are reasonably priced. I suggest signing up for text and email alerts to get a 20% one item coupon.

In, found what we needed, got to the register...nice checker, but it was a long process because every single item has an anti-shoplifting tag. Prices are all right. Service is decent. Selection is acceptable.

Great shopping experience ever! The associate Josh S was very pleasant and helpful. I asked him for something in specific and within minutes I had my item and checking out in less than 5 mins.

Need more sales

Once you get past the strong scents when you walk through the door, the rest of your shopping experience should be well. They have a nice selection of kitchenware, in addition to the obvious range of items. For the most part, prices are competitive and the staff was helpful.

One of my wifes favorite places to go in our town if only cause it has alot of kitchen appliances. Got several things and she enjoyed looking around. Staff was nice.

Im a guy so I dont generally got to places like this, but my wife wanted me to go. I was surprised by the selection of products they had to offer. Would definitely recommend if you are trying to outfit your home with kitchen and bath needs.

My mother and I were waited on by Randy. She was looking for a bedskirt to fit her bed and it was not in stock. Randy took the extra time to go on line to find the item she needed and ordered it for her to be directly delivered to her home. He was so helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. Kudos to Randy!

I found a beautiful gift for my son and daughter in law. This was my baby of all getting married at a private ceremony and I wanted to get them a little something that I knew they would appreciate and that it would not end up at the thrift shop.Lol

Expensive... I go there for two things and two things only. The overpriced in-shower soap dispenser and... I dont remember the other one but... I cant find the soap dispensers anywhere else. Ive purchased 3 of them because they fall and break easily! $20 bucks a pop Im $60 invested!

Walked in tonight and a guy with glasses/small ponytail did not greet me. He just looked at me- didn’t offer any assistance or anything. So after looking around I left to go to J.C. Penney’s to compare some prices. After leaving JC I returned to Bed bath and beyond at 756 and the lady I’m assuming manager seen me walking up and locked the door on me. Now ive worked in customer service for years and if we close at 8p and a customer walks in at 756 we service them. Then she seemed so annoyed as she opened the door and stated “we close at 8 but we open tomorrow at 10”. No thanks I’ll just shop elsewhere. This is only my second time in the store but unfortunately my last.

Very nice store to shop in. I am in a wheelchair so getting around is an issue at times but not in most of this store . I do enjoy shopping here because of the variety of things in stock.

I cannot say enough about the great service I received recently when I had a problem with my DeLonghi coffee maker (which makes the best coffee ever). They went out of their way to solve my problem and have my machine delivered free of charge to my home. I will always shop there first before checking other stores in our area! Thank you BB&B!
