As a former Rack Room employee from a different location, I’ve gotta say that this rack room shoes location was spot on! Their store was neat and well organized and the employees were very kind and helpful. Great shopping experience.

They have a wide variety of shoes. The service was wonderful! A screaming match broke out at a cash register between a customer and the cash register person. Things got quite heated and a lot of interesting statements were made. The manager came out and resolved the whole issue, he was awesome. The lady that helped us was new to Valdosta she originally hails from Miami. She was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs shoes.

They were very helpful, they didnt have my childs size in stock due to everyone school shopping. They helped me get the shoes orded to be delivered to my home address. Very nice and patient staff.

The manager is always friendly and everyone is so helpful.

So clean and well organized! The staff are very polite and friendly, even when you come in towards closing time. I wish they would stock more womens business shoes but not many shoe stores have a large selection of business pumps. Their selection of sneakers is great and the prices are reasonable, especially when theyre running the BOGO 50% off. Also, a great location near Exit 18 on I-75 and the mall.

Ordered shoes online for a niece of mine and I had some difficulties and they handled the situation so well. they were able to complete the order and my niece received the shoes she really wanted. great service and employees!!

This is my familys place to go shoe shopping!!! Staff is always friendly and helpful!! Prices are decent and they are currently having a military discount on Tuesday. Couldnt be happier with this store!!
