Store is a mess due to back to school shopping. I was not greeted when I came in, but I heard others be greeted when coming in to the store.

The selection and prices have been subpar lately. Its almost as if they know one of their competitors went bankrupt and theyve decided to give the customer whatever they want to.

I was looking for a pair of shoes to get and I asked the lady if they had any in a certain size. The lady was very rude about it. She just looked at me with a bad look on her face. Then proceeded to sake her head without saying anything. Then she said that whatever you see is that you get.

The customer service is excellent!! I think the store managers name is Constance, she needs a raise, very upbeat and helpful!

Customer service was amazing. There was a store associate mcing on the mic to tell the customers about the deals of the day. Her personality was great and she was helpful. I was just visiting from Florida, but I would come back if Im in the area again.

The best customer service ever, in store and online! Had an issue with some boots purchased online and took them back to the store. They didnt have the sizes needed, so they took back the boots even though that store didnt stock that exact boot, and reordered for me. I called back 2 days before Christmas because the boots hadnt arrived even though FedEx claimed it was delivered, and was told they were very sorry and theyd overnight me another pair but couldnt garauntee the delivery because of Christmas. That was understandable and totally out of their control. The boots arrived the morning after Christmas, no questions asked just wanting to make sure I was happy with my purchase and experience with Shoe Carnival. Since Payless closed Ive been searching for somewhere else to buy the kids shoes. Because of the excellent treatment I received, I have definitely found a new shoe store!!

I did not like my online experience! Show Carnival is the WORST at online returns...! I deal with a LOT off online ordering and returns....SHOE CARNIVAL LOOSES MY ONLINE BUSINESS!

Great customer service but prices not so good

They actually had my size 13 in a variety of shoes. The people working were very helpful and nice.

The process of finding shoes for my family and I went pretty decent. There was no one badgering us and we pretty much browsed and selected our shoes on our own. We checked out around 6:30 with the only lady at the register and that experience was not very friendly. She asked me if I was a member of the rewards program and I said I was not. She asked me if I wanted to sign up and I said no because she herself was not very enthusiastic about her own program. She kinda just smirked and continued to check the shoes. Prior to her ringing up the shoes, we showed the military ID to receive the military discount. She did not talk to us at all until telling us the price. When I asked to see the breakdown of everything she kinda rolled her eyes and turned the screen towards me. I didn’t say anything but checked the screen to verify the correct amount of shoes. I proceeded to pay for the shoes and asked if she applied the military discount and she basically sighed in frustration and put her hand to her head saying she did not, but she gave us the BOGO so it didn’t matter if she did or not. I told her I thought carnival always did BOGO and she just dryly said no, we don’t. She was not a very pleasant person to deal with or maybe she was just having a bad day. So, three stars.

Valdosta, Ga.Very low quality shoes. My boots started fading within a couple of weeks. Another pair had to be ordered, I was told I would receive them in 3 days. Actually, took more than a week with getting the manager involved. The assistant manager has a poor attitude. Never going back.

Not a lot of selections for people with bigger feet! Great prices on sale items and they even have a 10 dollar rack!

They advertised on there website that had had bowling shoes, when I got there they stated only online can you get tbem false advertising. Shame on you

Not 1 boot in size 11 and their sale is in stores only! Not good.

I went there on 7/18/16 and the male manager and casher was very very nasty they dont help out paying customers giving false info on shoes saying everything was half off and it wasnt true tthe cheapest shoe was half off also they was walking around the store as if someone was going to steal something sounds racist to me I will never go there again worst place to shop!
