The way to get anything done is going to the top.Locally I would like to thank Howard the general manager and the receptionist Heather, who has a wonderful and friendly voice.The only other way is to call Kia consumer affairs. Those were the only two ways to get anything done and to move the process forwardTerrible customer service from the service dept I could go on and on. Fo the moment this is all I have to say, as my vehicle is still in the service dept.
Our beautiful, clean, low mileage old Mercedes SL500 broke near Valdosta, GA. A very reputable mechanic there discovered the issue, ordered parts and kept us informed as to their delivery. After a week and still no parts, we decided to look at a new vehicle and to return home. We found a KIA K5 at Langdale KIA that we really liked. We purchased the car. During the signing of the sales agreements, I was very disappointed to see that we were being offered a very low price for our car. Granted, it was on a lift at a garage awaiting parts, but it was a beautiful automobile. (Final price to repair was less than $1,000.) But it was not repaired for another week. The paperwork was to include registration in Florida, our home state of residence. It was prepared incorrectly. It took over a month to straighten out that error. In the meantime, the dealership had not paid off the balance on our Mercedes, causing some distress between us and the bank over a late payment fee. We resolved that issue with no help from the dealership. The temporary tag expires on Sept 18 and we are unable to tag the vehicle in Florida until Sept 29, our appointment date. That date could not be set until Florida received the titling paperwork from the dealership. The sales folks at this dealership are friendly and knowledgeable. Victoria was a great help. The management of this dealership is not so good. If you use this dealership to purchase your next vehicle, go slowly over the paperwork and ask questions if you are confused about anything. If the answers are unacceptable, say so, and leave. Oh! We love the car!!
As always I continue to love going to Langdale Kia because of its exceptional service and they always make time to talk to you about anything you have questions about and go out of their way to make your customer experience a great one and I think more people should go there and buy there car as I did 2x to have such a great experience. I will always go back there to buy a car or have my vehicle serviced there.
I love my Kia but the service department sucks. They kept my vehicle all day just to replace a battery. It took two days to get issue repaired.I will never purchase another Kia because of this. While my car was under warranty I went in for a check engine after several hours sold waiting they were saying vehicle was fine and then before I even left Parking lot the light came on again. Then after pulling back in they magically found the issue. I wasted a whole day off when it should have been resolved the first time. Sales is great but I will never use their service department again.
I liked my customer service guy Carlos! He was amazing! And i didnt mind the wait time at all on my oil change, car inspection. And i also got a free car wash. The only down side was that. They really didnt do a good job at all on washing my car. Again it was free. But still. And when i brought my car up there it was very clean inside. But when i got back into my car it was pretty dirty on the driver side as there was dirt on my steering wheel, all on my floor mat with water, water was on my inside door panel. Just wasnt to happy or impressed with how my car was treated. I have a 2020 Kia Sportage. Otherwise inside customer service was amazing and wonderful. And i cant thank Carlos enough for being so nice, and making sure he went over everything and explained it all clearly. I give him 5 stars. But like i said whoever got my car nasty and clearly didnt really care, that is what made me mad.

I bought my 2013 Kia Optima brand new and have had nothing but issues every since Ive had it. The engine has been replaced and still more issues. I have never been so dissatisfied in my life. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Not impressed in the least. We waited 10 minutes for them to find the keys after they called and said it was ready. Also, when we got there to get the car the service man that worked on our car was at lunch for another 45 minutes. No problem as far as lunch goes but no one else could answer a couple of questions we had.
Took my Soul in for 3 recalls. They had it finished in less than an hour.The best dealership experience I have ever had.Matt and the mechanics are awesome!
They did fix my a/c filter for over $100. They did not do my mulit-point inspection correctly. They claim my wipers were fine but they were in bad shape, they claim my brake light were good but one was out. They claim there was a nail in my tire, but there wasnt. This is not the first time they have mess up on the inspection either. If I didnt have my lifetime warranty on my engine with them I wouldnt ever go there again. Thats why they have to have the lifetime warranty or the service department would never have customers. They are a complete rip-off. They also rip me off on the price of the car and my trade in. DONT GO THERE.
Terrible customer service, will not tighten the lug nuts on your tires. Left after getting car serviced only for the tire to come off and mess up my vehicle. Manager Jeff would not find me a rental car while they fixed the issueand continuously acts like you are at fault for their mistakes. :) 10/10 don’t recommend

I took my 15 kia to this location for a recall on the engine. I informed the service manager there was no rush on the vehicle due to me being out of state. three weeks later, while in deleware, I get a call on a Wednesday saying I could pick up my vehicle the following week at my leisure. also at this time I was informed that my sideview mirror was broke. the SM told me he saw it fall off that it must of been broken already and he doesnt recommend having them fix it so he was going to throw my mirror in the back seat. my mirror was not broken beforehand. meanwhile I take off from work and catch a flight back to Georgia to pick up my car only to be told it wasnt ready. the SM said he didnt tell me it was done. false. eventually Im able to pick up the vehicle. my sideview is hanging on by the wire on drivers side door. interesting the SM said he seen the mirror fall to the floor and would throw it in the back seat but the mirror is wired therefore it could neither hit the floor or be thrown into my backseat..lies. my ac wasnt charged and when I went in and told the SM he thought to ask if it worked when I brought it in. I told him yes, along with my sideview mirror..at this time Im told nobody knows what happened to my mirror. he had a technician take care of the ac. I leave and 20 miles down the road my check engine light is on. at this point I dont want to return the car so I take it home. while there i pop the hood to find a hose that hadnt been reconnected and another with the clamp removed...also one of my headlights was out..all this worked before I took my car there. worst experience ever..meanwhile check engine light is still on. thanks langdale kia!!

They replace my engine for 2020 Kia forte and destroyed my paint, the hood of my vehicle, left bolts out of the air intake, ruined my battery and didnt even wipe the grease hand prints off of my car after working on it also told me I had a leak in my radiator and tried to convince me I would be able to drive it home about 20miles, once they parked it my radiator had zero coolant left would never recommend taking a vehicle there to be worked on let alone buying one form this dealership never again would I buy a vehicle from a Langdale or use Langdale kia in valdosta Ga. I hope my warning is heard.
I was in the market for a new vehicle and I am so glad I found what I was looking for at Langdale Kia. The representatives there were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, especially Caleb who helped get me into my new Kia K5. Even if you don’t live in Valdosta, it is worth the drive for the excellent service.

Customer service was five stars I had to take my car to Kia for a Recall on my car it didn’t take them that long to get my car back to me but I do want to say that if your car has to stay there for more than an hour you need to have someone to follow you up there if you have places to go while they are working on your car or they do have the option of you being shuttled around by one of the people that work there they will be the one taken you to where ever you have to go just letting you know that they don’t give you a car to drive until yours is done being worked on but other than that all around it fast didn’t take long but that was for my car so I can’t say how it would be with your car or truck
I bought a 2021 soul from langdale kia on 4 /24 i ran off the road the insurance company paid all but 85$ ihad gap insuranceI tried to get gap to pay but they burried me in paper work so i just paid the 85$I informed the dealership of the crash and and the said nothing they had no adviceI contacted gap insurance and let them know the car was paid off and to cancle my policy i was refered to the dealershipSo i contacted howard looking for advise and he said that he would let the office know. 4 times i spoke to howard and all he did was nothing to help the gap company said that they refunded the money to langdale kia bt i cant get any thing but a run around this company is a mess they say that they will help and dont they lie and make excuses when they get caughtMY ADVISE IS GO SOME WHERE ELSE THAN LANGDALE KIA OF VALDOSTA GA
Went in to look at a used Journey they had. Salesman just wanted to push a new car on us. When we test drove the journey he was saying that it was a as is cash only deal. Front AC fans did not work and the driver side window switch was busted. Even though it said on the window sticker it had a dealer warranty and was not as is. Went elsewhere to buy a car because the salesman only wanted the new car commission even though we told him we didnt want to pay that high a price or a payment.
Came here for a recall fix. An the guy that made me the appointment mixed up my name with someone else. An then another guy tired to argue with me saying that my kia didnt have any recalls.... they shut up real fast when I pulled out my title an showed that they had the wrong Vin number..

I love my car- but absolutely terrible service the only time I actually needed help after I bought my car.I was never made aware my car had special lug nuts that needed a key to unlock. While stranded with my kids in the car, I called Kia to ask where they would have put this tool. They were rather short saying I should have it when I explained I never ever saw this tool, nor had my tires been worked on for another company to have used it.After spending an hour in the heat searching for the tool, I called back to see if I could buy the tool. They said no. They told me I had roadside assistance and would be towed for free. Upon calling roadside assistance I was still charged. It took SIX hours to be towed. Six hours I was left waiting with children. Thank goodness I was able to have someone else come get my kids, but I was left waiting well into the night by the time my car was picked up.This all feels like a scam. Our other family car is a Toyota, and I have always gotten the best care & customer service. They will even come meet me just so we aren’t stranded. I would think after spending thousands on a car, they would either give me or sell me the key from one of the other vehicles just to help a customer out so they aren’t stranded. Instead I felt as though the dealer cared less because they already had my money.I do not plan to ever buy a car from here again.

Worse experience I’ve had at a dealership. Came ready to purchase brand new vehicle and actually had to money to do so. Mike was horrible attitude was nasty and rude. Never have I dealt with someone who needed my business but treated us like a nuisance. We plan on purchasing the exact vehicle at another dealership.

I came in just to look at and maybe test drive a couple of Kia Souls. Its been a vehicle that Ive been wanting but never really driven one. We (my mother and I) were out there for about 5 minutes just looking around when Mr. Edward Carter came up to great us. We asked questions and he answered to the best of his knowledge. I test drove a few and fell in love with one of them. Mr. Edward Carter was nice and understanding about my concerns. Here they gave me the best trade in offer for my old car. Sadly I didnt have my car with me at the time. Once the paperwork was all done we drove back to Tifton to get my car, Mr. Edward Carter then called me told me to wait and come the next day since it was already 6:30 pm and that they were going to do an oil change. When we got back the next day there was my 2016 Kia Soul waiting for me. My experience at Langdale Kia was a great one. Everyone treated me nicely, unlike other dealerships Ive been to. I will be coming back in the future to do more business with them and to see Mr. Edward Carter.

Langdale kia always treats me right
I have had three very poor experiences with Langdale Kia’s service department. The first experience happened when I was explaining to the service person what was going wrong with my ‘08 Rio. My car’s alarm would randomly go off for no reason. The guy who I believe is named Matt found it funny and laughed in my face and offered no solution. I did not find it funny.The second experience occurred with the same Rio. The A/C would come on and then go off unexpectedly. I reported this and the service department claimed it was the knob and replaced it. A few weeks later my car was having the same issue and they replaced it again. The A/C still does not work correctly to this day.The third experience happened 6/03/20. The week before I scheduled an oil change for my current car by phone. After I called, I went online and saw that they were offering a special on their oil change for $28.95. I submitted a request online and requested to be charged that price for it on the same day I made the appointment. They emailed me and called me on the same day. I made sure that the man I talked to on the phone understood that I wanted that discount and he claimed it would be applied. I got there this afternoon and they performed the service. I saw the bill and asked why I was being charged $49+ for the service. The service associate named Barry said that that was how much oil changes are. I let him know that I requested last week the oil change special that they were advertising online and that the person who called me said that I would be able to get it at that price. He requested to know who I spoke to and then said that I was required to print out the coupon. No where on the advertisement does it say that the customer is required to print off the coupon. I personally did not like his lack of care or willingness to help! I found it amazing that when I took my keys and paperwork to the nice woman at the payment office she was competent enough to call the service manager, and that service manager was able to adequately assist with the problem!!! Also, in hindsight it’s funny how Barry wanted a coupon for the oil change special but wasn’t going to require one for me to purchase the 3 tires at regular price and get 1 for $1 as posted on the tire special online. Pictures attached. Please take note that the only section that says a coupon must be printed is for the 4 Wheel Alignment special.I will never purchase a car from Langdale Kia again because of the service department.
This is the second time I have put in a service appointment online and emailed a date and time with Geoffrey Abraham, the Service manager. Both times he did not put me on the schedule. He emailed confirmation at 8 this morning for my service time of 10. When I got there I was told I was not on the schedule. Last time he did that I had a friend bringing in my car because I had a dentist appointment. He left work early to get my car there and was told it was not on the schedule and they were too busy to service it. I had emails from Mr. Abraham both times. I dont understand how a manager could fail two times to schedule an appointment that he made. Today it happened another Stinger was there for an oil change as well but they only had one oil filter in the shop. I had to wait an hour and a half for a filter to arrive, even though I made my appointment last week. I dont understand how two of the same car could be scheduled at the same time for oil changes and the shop only had one filter. Im assuming because Mr. Abraham never put me on the schedule there was no filter for me. I gave three stars because Ms. Sherri was so nice about it. She apologized and attempted to make the situation better, but after being there for two hours for a simple scheduled oil change Im pretty unhappy.

We had an awesome experience with Langdale Kia in Valdosta. Our salesman was James Sampson. He was very knowledgeable with the 2010 Ford Mustang we purchased. We was not pushy or all about the commission. Very nice guy to deal with. I would definitely recommend Mr. Sampson to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. This was my daughters first car and she loves it. Thanks James we definitely appreciate it.

Hard to get in for service even oil change two weeks out. Poor service management 3 plus hours wait for appointment oil change, then develop oil leak they said was bad gasket on filter. Once car was done waited an hour to pay and leave, service people slow and take too much time, not customer friendly.
0 pressure situation. Sales consultant was very interested in answering my questions and trying to help. Its refreshing and reminds us as consumers, there are still good honest salesmen. Thank you guys very much. I will be back to see you guys.
Somehow my phone gave this great place a 1 star HAD to rectify that. This place was good to me and made buying a new car, when I needed one, easy and quick. They are great friends to all armed forces which I much appreciated. Definitely recommend.

After I told him what I was shopping for and wasnt interested in purchasing today his interest in me as a customer was he was totally uninterested. He told me when I was ready to buy then return. From his attitude today me or anyone I know he will not have to worry about considering buying anything from this car lot. I will never return to this lot looking to buy anything.

Customer service was great until I actually got my car. Erica Smith, the sales person, was very helpful and I appreciate all her help. Then I had to go re sign the paper work because they messed up the paperwork. I had a trade in but they didnt alert the finance company that it was financed through. So I made a payment on a truck that I traded in 30 days before and a payment on my new car! When trying to talk to them about it the general manager, Michael, yelled at me when I was simply trying to ask a question. They basically told me there was nothing they could do. I love my car but I will not do business there again and I would not recommend for any body.

I had a great experience with salesman Edward Carter. Very poor experience with the sales manager Mike, Eric and the general manager Howard. I was not provided all the information needed regarding registration, the names and addresses of the new owners were incorrect, which resulted in me having an extra $150 a month charge to carry insurance in the right state. Communication was VERY poor at the least and after multiple attempts to correct the problem, I still received no response from the Finance Manager or the General Manager. My only response was that the deal was already funded, so of course they were no longer concerned with customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND based on this.
Edward Carter is a very nice man all of the bad reviews are all lies. All of yall who put all of the bad things on here about Edward Carter you need to stop lying about him. He has a lot of respect he helps you in anyway he can. He is a very nice Christian man and all of yall saying lies about him that is not right. He is a very good worker he keeps his word.
