Usually 5 star for service but they forgot to put next service mileage sticker in window. Last time they also didnt set the service engine light for next service so probably didnt this time. I do everything they say every 5000 miles or less so wish they would do this. I do like that they take care of my car.

By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in Valdosta. I walked in, wasn’t greeted by the first three people working in plain sight. Then a customer spoke to me, and talked to me about the car I was here to look at as I literally waited in the lobby. She then asked one of the employees to get someone to assist me. The lady she spoke to, asked someone else if he was busy as he walked by, and he said yes. He then walked into an office with three other salespeople sat down and started to chat. Moments later she said someone would come. No one did after about 5-10 minutes we went outside to look at the vehicles ourselves. My husband and I walked around to compare the vehicles I was interested in visually, and waited for someone to come speak to us, perhaps another 5-10 minutes. We saw two people working walk into the side entrance, they didn’t speak to us either. So we decided to leave. Maybe if I would of waved the $10k in my bank account around, I would have received a hello.
The very one-stop place to get really awesome cars at great prices. The cars are pretty brand new and their customer service is also fantastic based on my experience with them. Email was really captivating. The environment is good too.
Bad customer service. Eric was very rude, aggressive and disrespectful when he called me on 9/30/2020 concerning prices on maintenance work that would had to be done on my car I heard him place the phone down and tell the person in the background that I couldnt afford to pay for the maintenance work in a very disturbing jokingly way. Whole time i actually did have the funds, but I wasnt spending it with Griner Cadillac, because of Eric. I ended up taking my business to Chevrolet today where I were treated with respect. Never will I ever recommend this place!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Everyone is nice and sweet until it’s time to talk numbers and they will stall you in the office forever trying to sweat you out of paying more. The day I got my vehicle from this place it wasn’t 24 hours before they had to come pick it up because of all the issues it has. Apparently when they say they do a “rigorous inspection” they mean they looked at it and that’s it. When we got back up there I was told that the car was meant to be sold “as is” and I couldn’t get my money back even though in the hours spent with us prior nobody mentioned any issues at all. They tried to convince me that the manager made that clear to me earlier than pointed at a man I had never even spoken to. After a LOT of talk they agreed to fix everything that was broken free of charge, because these issues were never exposed prior to sale, they didn’t fix a big issue because “it wasn’t a safety concern” to get us to pay out of pocket; a leak in the air intake system is very much “a safety concern”. Thank God for the free oil changes because another cent over everything that had to be done since would be insane. Needless to say I’m looking for a new mechanic.My sister, unfortunately, took a chance with them and got a vehicle that she loved. The payments were a bit much but she could manage. She had it 3 weeks and she was called back to the dealership to “refinance”. They raised her $300+ payments another $200+. She gave it right back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!
Awesome staff from the salesperson, service personnel, all the way up to the managers and ownership. Great selection on both new and used vehicles. Highly recommend when youre in the market for either a vehicle, or service to a vehicle that you already own...and they service ALL makes and models! Come see them

Earl King sold me my car; he is very professional, listened to me and made the entire sales experience a breeze. He didnt pressure me to get a vehicle I didnt want, I simply told him what I wanted and he found it! NOW, on the other hand, the financing was a nightmare, it took forever to hear from the bank, I was told by Amber (the manager) that I would hear from them no later than two or three days. I had to actually call the bank myself two weeks later to finalize the financing. That was extremely frustrating. I purchased my car in August, today is October 25th, Ive had to get an extension on my tag last month and if it is not ready by this Thursday that will be another extension. I called the Tag Clerk at TKO Nissan and she just sent the request on October 23rd. That is very unprofessional, it is ridiculous that Ive had to call several times to inquire about my tag. The tag office is not understanding what is taking so long as well. The sales experience is amazing, but the aftermath of the purchase has been extremely frustrating. Luckily, Earl King is there. He has provided excellent customer service even after my purchase.

Do NOT buy from this dealership. They are corrupt and will NOT honor their promises. I understand they have a new GM Candy Bawler but she hasnt been any help either. If anything shes making excuses why we are riding in a vehicle that isnt running right after THEY worked on it. It has broken down on us a total of 4 times. The first was 12 DAYS after we bought it and the problem started on 2 day after we bought the Cadillac. We contacted them to let them know. Just know they will do anything to get you in a car INCLUDING lying on your paperwork, which we found out about AFTER we had signed everything by a phone call we received. Our hearts are broken that we are now stuck with a car that is not dependable at all and the payment to go along with it. Thanks for nothing.

The service department deserves 5 stars. They are superlative and genuinely go out of their way to help people. The sales office, however... I have issues with. I called and got a basic quote on a vehicle. I said I wanted to increase my down payment by a significant amount and they were suddenly trying to upsell me on a completely different vehicle. I politely declined. This went on for three more vehicles. They literally refused to go back to the original. All that was before financing was even discussed. Suffice to say, I will never shop a TKO dealership again.

Tyler Cowart in the Nissan service department was awesome! They fixed my car in one day and gave me a beautiful rental car at their expense while they were fixing it. He made sure to look at every warranty available before providing me with a bill. I did not have to pay more than $90 for $2000 plus dollars of work. I had a great experience.
We had the best sales experience ever at Griner Nissan! Jerry and the rest of the crew were so wonderful. They were not at all pushy or aggressive like some of the other places we went to before them (some of which were downright rude!). We told them what we were looking for and what we could afford, and they put us in a beautiful, like-new car with gap insurance and a warranty for the exact price we needed. We are so thankful!

Griner Nissan service department is great! They inspected my concerns with my car and I wasnt even charged. Honesty is hard to find at a dealership, especially when it pertains to servicing a vehicle. I will definitely be a permanent customer. Customer service was excellent. I was driving by and I saw a truck that I liked so I stopped by to look at it. After looking at it I asked Ron Dehoff if I could trade in my Mustang for it. Being so close to closing I did not think he would even think about it but he ran the numbers with me right there and helped me through the process. It was the fastest Ive traded in and bought a car. Great experience and I would highly recommend this dealership.
Take this advice because a family member didnt,. They do not care if you can pay or not. If you give up that social security number, they will run it through every lender possible for an approval. They are hoping you dont understand credit also. If you dont have credit or have bad credit, you better be extra careful. The only goal is to get a financial institute to pay for the car then you owe, an most dont even understand how those rates will have you paying double the worth of he car. Secure your own financing through your bank and dont be bullied to purchase a vehicle you and the dealer know you cant afford. You do not want all those hits on your credit file from them repeatedly running your credit, knowing you cant afford!

Valdosta Nissan has great customer service. The staff members are very helpful. My service advisor James explained the procedures to me in great detail and my shuttle driver James drove carefully and talked to me as if we were long time friends on the way to and from work.
I got a 15 Nissan Altima on Wednesday October 16 and I wasn’t given any other options and then the car was stick once I finally got it on the next day due to it being a trade in. I drove the car over the weekend. There was like 3 sensors that came on all at once. Long story short the car had some issues and lot of miles. I went to pick the car up the 23rd of October and I spoke with Shane and told him my concerns about the car. He helped me out tremendously and really got where I was coming from and didn’t judge me. I’ll always remember him and Jerry Israel they were very helpful and understanding so I walked off the lot with a 20 Versa with a warranty only 12 miles on it. Only paying an extra $30 a month for a completely new car. My first time getting a vehicle on my own a very positive experience without a man. I appreciate them for looking out for me. I will be forever grateful!!!

Valdosta Nissan is awesome. I had a flat tire right in front of their shop. I pulled up and they scheduled me in. Not only did Matt get my tire changed he also took care of my oil change. I knew the wait would be long because it was unscheduled but Matt got my tire changed within in an hour plus Nathan who is in parts gave me a good deal on a new tire. Thank you Valdosta Nissan for taking care of me.
I took my wife’s car over there to get a full detail and was stunned with the work they did. We have a small dog whose heart sheds and sticks the back of our seats. After taking it to Valdosta Toyota for the same service a year ago and having an unhappy wife, I tried Nissan and they got it right and my wife can’t stop stating how happy she is with the cleaning that was done. Not to mention, the same service at Toyota was priced at $200 and at Nissan it is $175, so you will also be saving money.Thank you Nissan service department at Nissan for making my life easier!

WOW! I came into this dealership considering a totally different brand of car (a used one on the lot). Adam Khail was our salesperson and from the moment we met him, he treated my husband and I with care and respect. He listened to our needs, and before we knew it, he matched us with a new pathfinder, which we love! Sadly, dealers often treat women as if we are not even the customer and speak directly to the men with us or treat us with total arrogance and disrespect; not Adam! Without pressuring us at all, he helped us find a vehicle that worked for our family and with our budget. He has a finance background, so that helps when youre on the lot and considering a used vehicle vs a new one with incentives. Our new vehicle actually cost less than the used one we were originally considering. Adam was very responsive with all communication. More than anything, he had one of the rarest and most important qualities among car salesmen: INTEGRITY. If the car buying process stresses you out, go to Griner and ask for Adam. He will help you find what is right for you. Awesome service and a great vehicle. If Nissan continued to employ people like Adam, our family will be lifelong customers.
Service was very quick for someone who didnt have an appointment... when he told me it would have taken an hour I didnt really believe them so I opted to take the shuttle home and then within an hour they called me tell me my vehicle is ready.... James is awesome
Everyone was very nice and personable. I came into the dealership late, but everyone stuck around to help me with my new purchase. Chad was my original salesperson and he explained some of the safety features and other features of the car during the test drive. Artie in finance was personable and professional when it came time to sign the paperwork. I came in the next day to take delivery of the car and was helped out by Sam and he was very nice and very knowledgeable about the features I had more questions about. I also met Eric from the service department and he was polite and welcoming. I had a very good experience and will be going back for my service needs and future purchase needs.

I got my car a month ago and i STILL CANNOT GET MY TAG!!! This is outrageous. The tag lady was very dismissive on the phone, wouldn’t cooperate. I am not about to be paying a car note for a car i can’t even drive! GET IT TOGETHER! It is now September. I got my tag but my car started having trouble starting up. I take it to another Nissan dealership and they say it had the WRONG SIZE BATTERY. this is insane. I had to pay almost $200 for THEIR mistake.

I went to buy a car, I’m not even joking, they have called six times this week since then, Alex is her name. No other dealer has even called me after visiting their dealership, let alone six times. How annoying. Had to block the number. Zach was the best salesman around but there are no cars at Nissan at Valdosta I want. No Infiniti cars or a decent selection to my taste. Won’t be back for awhile and surely won’t give them my phone number!!

Got an oil change. Had to come back oil change level was below safe level add oil immediately light came on. Not very happy after I had to wait an hour to get oil change and I had to go back to get more oil added.

General manager incredibly rude, quick to interrupt, and childish. Told would not get a car for better price, woke up next morning and drove 2 hours away and got identical car and trim for $4200 less. Have bought 7 vehicles in the past, by far the worst and only negative experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Both salesmen very professional and nice, complete change of overall experience when GM steppedin. Will never return, even for service while living in Valdosta with a Nissan vehicle.

I’ve been taking my Altima to get serviced here since I moved here in October of 2016 and I’ve had nothing but great service here since then. Tyler has been nothing but a huge help and is always on top of things when it comes to servicing my car. Not sure how the sales staff is here, but as far as repairs and service I highly recommend this place. They will always give you a great price and show you everything completed to the car and why.

We took a vehicle we thought about buying for an inspection. They gave us the pros and cons. They prevented us from buying a car the down the road would have cost us more in repairs then the vehicle was blue booked for. And showed us the vehicle had been reacked when car fax showed it had not. Very pleasant friendly and helpful.
I am very offended that I was told, that I am the cause of the door panels defect. There has been 3 door panels put on my driver side door in the past 2 years. The same exact defective melting in the spot have appeared on each panel. I am concerned that defect is caused by heat and could lead to other problems with my vehicle. I would like to talk to someone that may be able to give me more insight on the cause. Is this a recall item? If not, It should be!

Today the service attendant and I had a few words about my scheduled visit. ( oil change) He and I exchanged words he refused to allow me to get a oil change told me to leave. I drove over 60 miles one way as I do at every scheduled maintenance. I’ve never had a problem ever with the service department at this dealership. I had to go to a super lube for my oil change. I never use a super lube for my Nissan. How does an employee deny me a service I’ve scheduled and paying for? Some one need to tell him who sign his check. This is crazy

Absolutely the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. The sales guy was very disrespectful to me and my girlfriend and was trying to push a brand new car on us that we said was out of our budget. We stood firm and he got an attitude with us and just said he was done and we could leave. Never once did he even want to talk to us about used cars. Me and my girlfriend felt so embarrassed and disrespected. Would never recommend anyone buy any car from this dealer. Give 0 stars if I could.
We always liked our nissan frontiers, we have had them for 15 yrs. But we will never buy from this dealership, we were lied to about refinancing, they told us we could if we were on time with our payments for 6 months. well we tryed and we were turned down. My husband was in a major accident in October and this is January and he still cannot walk yet. I called amber and talk to her about it. She NEVER GOT BACK TO ME! I had to call her all the time. and we were told we are working on itThis has been going since JUNE. I was getting the run around, we are struggling with the payments. Plus the left hand of the steering does not work at all, the radio part was broken and the unit was worth 600 they bought the cheapest they could find. We feel once they make a sale they are done with you. I put this on social media because of what they said and do is totally different. AND I WOULD NOT WANT SOMEONE TO RIP THEM OFF EITHER.

They offer the lifetime powertrain warranty, but beware you will never get covered under it. The company that is responsible for that warranty will deny any claim you try to submit. If you go over a oil change by 1 mile if you go over a tire rotation by 1 mile. If you have your air filter changed exactly every 30,000 miles not 30,000. Doesnt matter than you have all the maintenance done and within reason if youre 1 mile over anything at anytime during the duration of owning the car. So if you are deployed and your wife drives your vehicle over a tire rotation by 300 miles sorry any claim you have even though its not related to a tire rotation its denied. The fact that the company advertises this and seems really proud about it, its a huge joke and you might as well light that warranty paper on fire because its useless. They will find any reason to get out of any claim you file. Also the company you have to deal with is a third party company that isnt required to give you there information at all. They only have to give you a mailing address to try and contact someone to discuss the issue. So its useless and dumb that they advertise that kind of warranty.
I went to get a vehicle for myself. Paying cash. They talked my son into putting his name on the title and myself co-signer. I let them know I was the one buying it and cash deals. The car we finally bought. They said they checked it out but we paid 1500 money to get the front end fixed and other things.
