It was not a good experience. The mechanics ran the scanner twice and charged me twice for it. I bought new expensive parts that werent even the problem. the problem was a fuse to begin with. How in the world they didnt check the fuses first? The dealership service department kept my truck for three weeks, charged me over 850 dollars just to tell me that the problem was a fuse. I took my truck to Prince Automotive expecting top of the line work and i felt that like a bunch of amateurs worked on my truck.
The dealership asks me to remove my rating towards them because they cannot find my name in their history, if you want you can look for my car in your computer as LOURDES MORALES and you will find it, I would never go to this company because they are also very thieves. . Apart from that, they could never fix My car and those thieves spent almost two months with my car they wanted to sell me a copy of my car for $ 350 dollars and in another Chevrolet dealer they sold me two copies of my key for $ 400 so I do not recommend this Prince Automotive Of Valdosta, Inc. dealership better go somewhere else where they dont steal you like these

Today I had the pleasure of purchasing a used Toyota Avalon from this company. My first experience with them proved to be the smoothest auto sale transaction in my history. They kept my daughters car for a week and then changed $400 to plug it in and test system. Then told us one oxygen censor needed to be replaced. After research I found out you should always replace both censors at the same time. My husband replaced the one censor and we left my daughter at college. Her car broke down and she is four hours away from home. I had to find someone to go fix and replace both censors again. I have tried to call the manager and no one will return my call.
Took car their cause would not crank. They found out it was the ecm and put new one in it. When called to check on was always treated very nice and curious. Upon picking up vehicle staff was helpful in directing where to go for pickup. Vehicle drives good now have not had a problem with it since.

Drove from the Gulf Coast of Florida to purchase a 2012 Toyota Highlander from Salesman Bobby West. We did 90% of the deal via phone, email or texting. My last out of state purchase experience was very bad so I was pleasantly surprised and grateful at the way he took such great care of me from start to finish. He offered to send me pictures of any flaws the car had (inside or out), was 100% transparent with me from the get-go, down to earth, not pushy, answered questions directly and I could keep going with the complements. In addition, every member of the dealership staff was SO friendly and fun! It was a Saturday and raining when I picked up the vehicle so they set up an indoor mini football game contest that was super fun for people of all ages! The Used Car Manager had Bobby’s back every step of the way and they gave me a more than fair price on the vehicle. They also had it sparkly clean with a full tank of gas when I pulled up to sign paperwork! I can also attest to their follow up care because when I got home the sunroof appeared to be leaking. Yikes! I messaged Bobby and he immediately got everything setup for me to take my vehicle into the local Toyota dealership and they paid to have it looked at and taken care of! WOW. What dealership does that? Apparently this one and I’ll probably drive up to pay Bobby a visit when this vehicle is paid off and I’m ready for that Jeep! I do understand other vehicles needing to be fixed but what I don’t understand is how it took my car 21 days to be fixed. This is with there supposedly being 2 vehicles that need to be fixed ahead of mine.I know I had to wait on parts but the time was beyond ridiculous.I was not offered a courtesy vehicle due to the wait time. I was just told no courtesy vehicles were available but this was after I asked. I was told they have limited vehicles and they were all out. Something to think about is the amount of time a courtesy vehicle can be used by a customer. By limiting the time it will at least offer more customers a little relief.I didn’t have any choice but to leave my car because the work was being covered by my warranty. If it wasn’t for the warranty I would have picked it up and taken it to another dealership.I’ve had major work done before on other vehicles at other companies in the past and they would have it max 2-3 days.But 21 days...never. I tried to be understanding but being told many different stories and timelines is not trustworthy. I had no choice but to wait for the repairs to be done.Just shocked, I had to borrow/share a vehicle for 21 days. I had to call for updates up until the last day that it was almost done. Again, it’s hard to believe a car can’t be fixed in a timely manner and not 21 days.
Recently purchased a GMC a week ago. Was looking around and ever since the test drive Justin Dollard was nice, patient, and accessed my needs and concerns. Contacted him to let him know that I would be stopping by for the vehicle the next day and when arrived the car was parked upfront and gas filled up. Process went smoothly. Took the car to get detailed a week later & again he was ready for me. Loved this customer service experience! Definitely recommend Justin !

I went to this place to get an oil change and they said I had an oil leak and I would have to make an appointment to put it on the diagnostic machine so they could find out where the leak is, which would be $130, instead I took it to a friend who had a lift and we checked it together and there was no oil to be found anywhere under my car. Make sure you find out and know about your vehicle before taking it there or you might spend more money than you should have to spend.
Literally the worst dealership in South Georgia, I will be taking my business elsewhere! I had an appt today to get my liftgate fixed on my 2021 Tahoe. My liftgate has been making rattling noises ever since I’ve bought the vehicle. After waiting for 4 hours, they returned the car to me stating everything is fixed and ready to go! After leaving the dealership I drove one mile down the road and noticed the rattling noise still exists and has gotten worse now. They also kept my car for 2 and a half weeks prior to that, just to fix a fuel pump. Thanks for wasting my time prince!

I brought my car into Prince Automotive at 8am for a recall of a windshield wiper motor. They called me at 1:30 and told me my car was ready and they would send someone to pick me up. They arrived at 4:45. When I got in my car I noticed the windshield was cracked right down the middle. I got out and went back into the dealer and told them and they all said it was cracked when I brought it in. They are liars, dont trust them.

Carried my 2016 Buick Encore in to have AC checked. Was told the AC discharge needed to be replaced and I also had a broken knob so I wanted the radio faceplate replaced. My Allstate Warranty covered the parts and all the labor that Prince submitted which was $650 labor and about $400 parts. Then they tell me it will be another $600 because the fender well trim breaks removing it and has to be replaced. Not understanding I call 3 other local Buick dealers and am told that the trim, molding is removed then put back on and that if their techs break the trim or molding they cover the cost because it is removable if time and care is taken removing it. The other dealers also advised that the $400 parts, $650 labor and my $200 deductible should way more than cover that repair. After talking with the Assistant Service Advisor and the Manager I’m told that the trim breaks and that’s my responsibility so now I’m out $139 diagnostic fee only to have to go to another dealer that won’t charge me an extra $600 for something that hasn’t even broken but they are sure that it will. I would just advise that anyone seeking repairs to get at least another estimate from another dealer before committing to a repair here.
Wow!! Awesome experience. Where do I start? Upon arriving, we were given personal space; meaning no one stalked us before we even got out of our vehicle. We walked around looking at vehicles, talking about what we liked and didnt like. On our approach to the building we were met by Larry. What a joy to work with! Yesterday I was late to an appointment I had made through the service department to get an oil change and tire rotation done on my SUV. When I got there I apologized for being late and said that if it was too late to go through with the service I was willing to reschedule. It was a 4pm appt on a Friday and I wasn’t expecting them to fit me in, but they happily took my keys and serviced my vehicle. I appreciate everyone at the service department so much. They not only changed my oil and rotated my tires, they also topped off my fluids and cleaned the dirt off my wheels and running boards. I purchased a new GMC truck from these folks back in April. I submitted a form to GMC on a rainy Saturday afternoon with the information on what I was looking for in a truck. I received contacts from three dealerships that afternoon within 100 miles of my location, but Cade Fowler(internet sales) with Prince Automotive contacted me within minutes of my submission. They had the truck I wanted and at a better price point than the other two dealerships. We closed the deal on Monday by phone and Cade delivered the truck to my home, which is 95 miles from Valdosta, on Wednesday. I never left the house. I have purchased 16 new vehicles in the last 48 years and only three of those experiences were pleasant. This purchase was one those totally hassle free experiences. Cade was courteous and informative and actually just called me 3 months after the sale to ask how I was enjoying the truck. Based on my experience so far, I have to give Prince Automotive and Cade Fowler 5 Stars.
