My family and I just visited this store today and I have nothing but nice things to say. We have recently had such a difficult time trying to find appropriate fitting shoes for my son, especially one’s that he likes. The young ladies that helped us were so nice and happy to help. I make a point to say this because at other shoe stores no one even asked if we needed help. They simply stood behind the counter and stared at us. So, to the ladies at Journeys in Valdosta Mall thank you so very much for your kindness! It truly means so much.

We just bought shoes, socks and backpacks for school in journeys at Tallahassee mall. The staff went above and beyond to make my girls feel comfortable and help them pick out their shoes, etc. She was the sweetest, most kind hearted young lady. Who made my kids feel like a friend, which meant alot especially in the world we live in today. Thank you Journeys for not only a great selection of items but the best staff ever!

Yesterday, I went into Journey’s planning to buy a pair of shoes for my son and I. Well, I ended up not getting any due to the customer service being SO TERRIBLE. As I entered no one greeted me. I also noticed that one employer was just standing there and staring at me, but not once did he ask if I needed help. Then, as I walked to the other side of the store closer to the register, I found a pair of shoes that I liked and was getting ready to ask for a specific size, but couldn’t get anyone’s attention due to the large crowd behind the register using profanity. Not sure if all of them were employees or not due to the large group, but overall, I was very disappointed. I’ve shopped at Journeys numerous times and not once have I been disappointed like this before.

The only place I buy Vans. The employees are helpful but not pushy. I appreciate that. It is a place aimed at a young demographic, but I still go there to get my classic Vans!!

Love the shoes and boots Journeys has to offer got a pair of black Dr. Martins last time I went and they have stood up to everything I have put them through!

The staff here could not be anymore judgemental, unprofessional, and unconcerned with their customers. When you ask questions, youre ingorned of given a sarcastic answer. If you go into look, you arent greeted, and very rarely helped. I have no idea how this store has manged to stay in business this long, but it deserves to go, or have a MAJOR overhaul with the current staff. Absolutely awful.

The majority of the employees here dont address their customers. Theres usually this one guy there who is usually very helpful and actually walks up to you with concern.
