I will never buy another thing from here my husband spent a lot of money on my wedding band I didn’t have it a month and one of my diamonds fell out like seriously and now u telling me I have to pay to replace it or pay for a warranty the diamond should of never came off and I well let everyone know that I know not to purchase anything from there

Big shoot out to Chloe at the Zales in the mall. Had a budget for my girlfriends birthday. She took the time to help us search for the right necklace and rings she wanted. We decided on a heart shaped diamond and gold necklace. She was VERY helpful, patient and engaging. She knew all the information on each piece we looked at and was very professionally. Will definitely be back again!

Walked in to look at a new wedding ring and two ladies working there literally said absolutely nothing to me after about 10 minutes just kinda standing there I just walked out(and there was no other customers)

Fiancé bout me a bracelet for Christmas opened it up and the clamp to close the bracelet was to small. Lady had the nerve to say it charges to get fixed first of all it’s not broken it’s defected whoever made it need a new job bc they clearly don’t know what they were doing. It’s sad when all zales wAnt is money we shop with zales all the time and for them to charge for something THey caused is ridiculous need to remind you the bracelet is two weeks old and the lady pulled it up on the computer showing when it was bought. Won’t get any more of my money. I’ll stick with Kay’s for now on.

I hate this place! They resized my ring in January and said it would be back in two weeks. I called at two weeks and was told they resized it wrong and had to send it back. So I called back a few days later only to be told it was sized right but THREE diamonds had fallen out during the resizing. I finally get it back and 4 months later ANOTHER diamond falls out. Call at the two week point AGAIN only to be told it didnt come back and pass the inspect so they sent it back again. Do not go to zales! worst place ever!!!

Zale sold me our first wedding set for my wife. So I went back when I was looking for an anniversary gift.
