Today when I went to check out here, the line got very long and people were waiting a long time before backup help was called to open a second register. I saw people leave their stuff and walk out because they did not want to wait in the long line. When I got to the register, I was not greeted by the cashier. So I said something first, and still got ignored. I love Dollar Tree but this is not how you do customer service. People want to shop where the cashiers are welcoming and friendly and backup should be called to open another line when there are more than 3 people waiting. Maybe you need to have a 3rd person on shift to cover lunch breaks when one person goes so there isnt only one line open or dont take a lunch when you know there is a rush coming, usually in the 4-7 pm window. Train associates to be friendly and to learn the names of regular customers as well. Customers love that. This is what will really drive traffic into your stores and make your sales go up. Clean, recover, stock, and treat customers like family. Of course yall are usually one of the cleaner, better recovered stores unlike the one on Baytree which is always a wreck when I go in there.

Love DOLLAR TREE. But if you buy something you like, anything, go back immediately and stock up. Also, each store is a little different with things they carry. Check at Dollar Tree before you buy anywhere else.

The store itself is an older one. Thats the reason i gave it a three. The personnel working at the store are really friendly. I also marked them down because of how long it took to get checked out. They only had one person on the register on a sunday afternoon. Classic three out of five situation.

I believe it was the year 2012 and I got to work there during the holidays I wanted to be placed at a store it broke my heart I am even from Chesapeake va but I give 5 stars because I love the store!! I brag about how you pay one dollar for example cards and balloons certain foods candy personal needs etc.and are just as nice as regular stores we need this store in Naylor Ga.

Nice big store great deals on frozen foods if youre single cook for 1 or 2 people. Nice cashiers always friendly.

Great items for the cost of a dollar, especially drinks for kids on summer vacation from school.

Great place to get your basic household supplies and snacks !!! They keep a good in stock and very clean and fast at registers!! Only con is the parking spaces are very narrow lol

They werent busy with people but there were boxes everywhere. I understand this was a good time to stock but it wasnt a good time for me to shop.

Been to this store 100 times since moving here in 2009, an associate named Lee was trying to tell me you cant use EBT in the store due to then not having a frozen section... When Ive used my EBT card here 100+ times. Ms. Lee literally sat there and fussed with me about it with other customers in line. Never in my life.

There is never enough cashiers. Theres usually one cashier and the line wraps around the store. The cashiers are very friendly at the register but they need help.
