We loved simply silver boutique!!! The employees were very friendly! This store has some of everything shoes, clothes, jewelry, book bags with free monogram......I found and bought a red heart crystal necklace....and a couple of sports bras. I will be telling friends and going back for a ring that’s on sale very soon!!!!!

Horrible. Mrs. Linda has horrible etiquette and poor customer service. They distrust people coming from out of town. She even seemed to have called maybe the owner to gossip. If you are visiting from out of town or evacuating from a Hurricane like we were and need socks for your child etc. Dont waste your time and money on this  weird shop. This  woman kept telling folks its good for Christmas shopping when folks were just browsing there. She would ask folks if they were Christmas shopping all this in the first week in October? She was very judgmental, paranoid, rude and had no tact. Run dont waste your time and take your business elsewhere. Poor Customer Service with an odd environment. They will make you feel unwelcome. This was my first and last time there. I will never go back there again! I will make sure everyone knows family, friends, and people Googling how rude and distasteful people get treated for no reason! Horrible. F -

I bought my ring 1 month ago today and my finger is bleeding and the ring is tarnishing. I took it to the store and spoke with the OWNER she stated I scrached it and there was nothing she could do about the situation. She wouldnt let me exchange it for another ring or anything. Its sterling silver and to make everything so much worst its my WEDDING RING. The issue shouldve been resolved when clearly its tarnishing on its own. I would post a picture if Google had the option for me too.
