Owner was intentionally rude. I made an appointment to get an estimate for damage to the rear car door and rear bumper, came by at the appointed time and the owner took a look and pictures. After he asked, I told him it was not an insurance claim. As soon as he heard that, he became arrogant and disinterested, huffing and puffing, like I was putting him out. I also asked if he could give me the cost for each portion separately as I thought I might only have the door fixed and not the bumper which was almost unnoticeable. He insinuated I was cheap and told me to go find a used door and put it on myself. He promised to send me a quote but never did. I had another firm perform the work.

I took my car into Fix Auto Repair after reading good reviews on Yelp. They did not let me down! From Katie in the front office, patiently answering ALL of my questions, to Danny teaching me a few new things about my car. My car is whole again thanks to Tim and the gang! Thank you so much!

Took my car into Fix Auto after hitting a traffic cone on the freeway. Bumper was broken and fog light appeared to be damaged.Jerry provided the typical estimate and advice on working with the insurance company. The estimate was very fair and the work done on time and looks great! Hopefully I will not need their services again but if I do they will be my first call. Highly recommended.

Fix Auto was extremely flexible when it came to the repair of my vehicle. They are usually closed on the weekends, but were able to open their doors for me on a Saturday to turn in my car for the repairs. That right there was extremely helpful especially having to work a 9-5 on the weekdays and also with the entire world having to live with the shelter in place. I recommend Fix Auto to everyone and anyone that is in need of body repair and also smog. The ownership is very friendly and professional, while the service was very fast and the quality of repair was A-1.

They were absolutely wonderful, and they even fixed my taillight which is something that I didn’t have to do. The work was done timely and looks better than new. My wife really appreciated but they said it did such a great job of cleaning the car up both inside and out.In fact your comment was that maybe we should have another accident so we could experience the white glove treatment again.. When I dropped off the car I started to call an Uber to take me home and asked me if I would like a ride home, so I literally got door-to-door service. I really appreciate it the service I got and a far exceeded my expectations

I called Fix Auto after my first fender bender after over 20 years of driving. The staff was so helpful and calmed my stress. They reassured me everything was fixable. They had my parts ordered even before I dropped off my car. They were so fast and the customer service was great. I felt like I was the only customer.

Excellent service and great repair job. I needed additional work on my car after an accident (I was the victim) they discovered upon inspection. They took the liberty of contacting the insurer to get the payment. They were really fast in doing it. I highly recommend them, they value their customers.

Katie and Tim.... Oh my goodness yall sure do know how to work some magic! After my experience here I know where I will be going for all of my car needs!!! They definitely went above and beyond when working on my car, it looks like a brand new car honestly. I am so happy that everything came out perfectly. The color was a dead on match, if you looked at my car you would not have been able to tell that I got the back bumper replaced. The bumper was already cracking on the sides and with the high winds going down the highway it made both sides of my bumper lift and come off the car. My boyfriend ended taking off the bumper before it was a road hazard and hit another car. With the new piece, paint and to put on the new piece I was super nervous that it was going to cost a crazy amount of money to fix. When I received my estimate I was way off on the cost and was able to have this weight lifted off my shoulders because the cost was more than reasonable for everything that they did.

They painted the Louvers for my 2019 Mustang Gt and the color and texture matched perfect.

Although the name will be changing soon, it will be under the same ownership. I highly reccomend taking your vehicle here, at the minimum, for a quote. They do great work and are very upfront. Ive taken 2 vehicles here over 3 years and have received top tier service both times.

Great friendly people. The owner is great!!!I met her at a restaurant here in Vallejo. She remembered her promise and really took care of of me. Ive used this shop twice, and both times they were excellent

Recently I was involved in a major accident. I was pretty devastated and majorly upset. The insurance company gave me several repair shops to choose from so I chose roses collision repair center. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with both Tim and Katie and the work they did to repair my truck. You cant even tell that I was in a major accident. My truck was in pretty bad shape and I did not think it was repairable. Now my truck is as good as new. Jim and Katie are really good people and they really made me feel they would take care of me and my truck and they did! Totally recommend them! They did an awesome job!!!

Kate and her husband did great work on my car and did it in record time at about half the cost of any other auto body place. Definitely bringing my car there if I ever need work done again

Very nice and polite people and updated me on the progress of my vehicle regularly.

After dropping my car off, I got a suspicious vibe during a call with Rose’s staff. They had ordered an aftermarket part, which was scratched and wanted to charge me extra for ordering another part—which I was told would likely arrived scratched as well. Jeez, what were my options? I decided to have the work done elsewhere. Always trust your gut.

Called customer service for a 20 minute install and told me that they do the work but unfortunately they couldnt do it at the moment because their busy. Didnt even ask me if i want to make an appointment or tell me days that they woul be able to do it. Sounds like they just didnt want to do cheap work. I even said i would pay $100 dollars for a 20 minute labor. Fcken as$holes!!!
