So far 1star .. hard to get a hold of adjuster.. no one ever calls back.. and I get the se answer every time.. the will call you back.They have had car for 2 weeks and NO FOLLOW UP.

This is my first time having to take my car in for a situation like this one I had with my car and this establishment and their workers made it as easy as possible for me. An employee by the name of Lenny was one of the most well mannered people I have spoken to in my life and he helped me out with everything and was great to talk to. I would come back here for sure if I get into a similar scenario as the one I was in to go to G & C, which was my first time going here. I have no complaints.

My drivers side mirror was knocked off. From start to finish, the whole experience of having my car repaired was so smooth. Lenny kept me informed throughout the process. The new mirror and left fender are art.

I had only owned my car for three weeks when someone backed into it. My experience with G & C was seem less. They kept me informed every step of the way, and my car was finished two days early. The repair was perfection. You cant even tell that there was ever a scratch.

They were very efficient and I was in and out within a day.

DONT TAKE YOUR cAR HERE.. BAD PLACE. My car came back with more problems and when I tried to tell Matt the manager who has red hair he laughed in my face than slammed the door open and wouldnt help me. Now they want me to pay more money to do a check on my car but its shows in my records that none of these issues happened before I gave them the car

Lenny really helped get my car to perfection. He is patient and meticulous about your repairs. My insurance company was not the easiest to deal with but that did not change their level of service.

Dropped of my car for repairs. The parts didnt arrived. Waited a couple of days for the parts to arrive. mean time my car is burglarized, broken drivers door window. G&C said they cover any damage to my car. New window w/tint a light for shift lever, and most important one, is the window motor. When you think your working with an honest body shop and you pay the bill in full. They never even called to find if the repairs were done right. left a message and still no call. ugh!!.

C&G blew my expectations out of the water. I woke up to a BB/pellet dent in the rear side door of my Kia Soul and took it to C&G in for repairs. Let me tell you - MY CAR LOOKED BRAND NEW when I picked it up! Not only did they fix the dent, blend the color beautifully (my cars alien green, not an easy match) but they cleaned my car INSIDE and OUT. Cedrick was even thoughtful enough to tell me he didnt use chemicals in the backseat because he could tell I had a dog. I was so glad I went to them. Theyre contracted with Geico so I also got my car back the next day. Cedrick was my primary contact and he was friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process. Ill be going back to C&G without a doubt if I need work done again. THANK YOU for excellent service, quick turnaround time and quality work. :)

My experience at G & C was how ALL auto body shops need to strive for! From start to finish, everything was done perfectly! My agent was Lenny, and his customer service was 5 start quality. He made everything easy to understand and kept me in the loop with all repairs.

I have had my car there 3 times. The first 2 time excellent service. The last time had to take my car back 3 times for orange peel that is still there and the hood still doesnt line up. Will never take my car there ever again and would not recommend.

I was treated as though my car was the only car G&C had to repair. I didn’t have to ask for anything because all my needs as a customer were anticipated by my representative Cedric. Overall I give Cedric and G&C high praise for their workmanship and customer service.

It was not the best. Decided to go elsewhere, the staff did not want to take care of the full damage of my vehicle because they were afraid of talking to insurance, and they didnt want to try and explain themselves. Despite the police report and insurance already knowing about all damage.They also couldnt give me any clue as to the turnaround time is the repair.The front desk person was super nice and the building was comfortable while I waited. Free coffee too.

A few months ago my car was vandalized and I had to re-paint it all. I heard about Moes from a friend of mine who had to re-paint her bumpers many times.I drove myself to his auto body to check it out, since I grow up in this industry I understand quite a bit about it.I was impressed how clean his shop looks! His staff members are so friendly and made the process with my insurance company easier and stress free!They delivered on time and the car looked AMAZING!, like a brand new car!If I ever need any repairs done, I definitely know where to go.I totally recommend it!

Fairly good! If you want to pay out of pocket, then go to a different place. The work is good, not excellent. They are somewhat good with customer service, other than that, they performed the work earlier than the estimated time. They did put effort! The location isnt that bad, but not exceptional. Anyhow, a nice place.

Clean place...probably the cleanest shop Ive ever been to. The staff are all so kind. They take the time to explain everything that needs to be done. They make the process of having to have your vehicle repaired and having to be without your vehicle a smooth and easy process. They dont take their time especially when they know you need to get to work right away. I recommend them to everyone who inquires about a good auto body shop. They are the best!

Not happy with the service. I get a call 30 minutes before I am supposed drop off my car that the part is not in. They knew that they didnt have the part the day before. A day waisted!!

They took 3x longer than they said they would, which cost me a lot in rental fees. They didnt replace everything they removed during repairs. The bumper still isnt 100% on straight. They damaged my window tint during repairs. Drove my car around and messed with my soundsystem. There is over spray on my roof and wheels. I had to come out of pocket soo much on fixing these. No matter what my insurance company says, i wont bring my car here ever again

Great experience, but repair-person needs to pay closer attention to details of the vehicles repairs before releasing the vehicle as tasks completed. Meaning; not happy with informing manager that the fender on the Lexus needed to be aligned (seam/spacing between the fender, and hood wasnt correct).

While parked in a VALLEJO parking lot a couple of weeks ago, our Camery’s front bumper was hit and fell off. Allstate highly recommended G and C Auto Body for the repair. During my appointment the shop was extremely busy, however, Mary Tabbert, the service Writter treated me like I was her only customer that day, gave me all her attention, explained the details of the parts and repair assessment and provided a fair cost for their service. It seemed to take only a few minutes then I was given a ride back to my home.After the few days it took to complete the work, I returned to see my car looking like new again. Aside from the perfect painting and assembly of new parts, they (the manager himself) had cleaned and detailed the whole car inside and out. Once again, Mary made the paper work go quickly and I left feeling COMPLETLY satisfied the whole experience. Everyone throughout the whole shop obviously contributed to the great customer service they provided and have easily earned my 5 Star Rating.Chuck W

My husbands car was supposed to be there for several days as per their estimate. It was brought in on Aug 1st and we received it back August 17th with scratches in the paint after their QC check. (Arent they an auto body shop? If they had it for over two weeks, why not let us know and fix the paint as well?) We were unhappy with the service and would not want to return to this place. I would not recommend and if we had to choose again, would pick a different one. Id have preferred to take it to the auto dealer that we purchased this car from.

Im so sorry but i hate you guys. Im so disappointed. Our car was perfectly repaired. However, you left us the worst thing. The vehicle was entrusted to you guys for 2 weeks, i think. When we picked it up, we found a lot of mouse poop at the trunk. Every morning those are the ones welcome us, horribly stinky! We tried to get rid of this, different ways but its so hard coz we dont know where this MOUSE or RAT is hiding. Until now, were suffering of that smell. We are afraid that this thing might bite also those wires under the cars engine.

I have a Honda Pilot and it was rearended is a 3 car accident. After they inspected my car they ordered the parts my Pilot was in and out on the same day.

Only 02 spots of repair to focus on and they succeded to miss one spot of two while polishing.the repare was in the body exterior ... they did an effort to clean the interior of the car but not the exterior leaving it full of white polishing product marks

Customer service started out great and got unprofessional fast. The shop lied to me and when I challenged the repairs I was treated poorly.Save yourself the hassle and go to the dealer. You pay the same amount in your deductible.

Dont do it....cheap material,cheap paint....it took them 4 tries before getting my car up to an ok standard...i guess because im a women, they assumed i didnt know what orange peel looked like...dont waste your time,you will be super disappointed
