Ill make it short and plain. I brought my car there to have my front bumper repaired (replaced) I hit a dog 🐕 on the freeway on my way to work Sunday morning🥺🥺 couldnt avoid it. Anyway they did a good job on the bumper but I had a little paint missing off my left sensor cap they took all the paint off of it and just left it white but they painted everything else. I thought that was very petty. And no they didnt just miss it my car is grey and the white is in very plane sight.

Regal is a great repair facility. They have provided the best customer service and flawless repairs every time we have needed their services. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Had a cosmetic issue with the hood and front of my vehicle due to a roadside piece of metal that flew up and hit the car. Regal picked up my vehicle from my home, kept me well informed of the progress of the repair, and finished my vehicle in record time. The collision repair on my car is fabulous. Great workmanship and great customer service!

We have used Regal Collision for several years and have always been very pleased as they are detail oriented, always have work completed on or before original estimated date of completion and the quality of work and customer service is second to none.

Ive had collison repairs done at a competitors shop in Vallejo and was not completely satisfied with the results. Bill and the entire staff were professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us. The service they provided was stellar; they repaired our vehicle to the manufacturers specifications of safety. The car looked better than it went in. It looked like a new car to us. We hope we never need Regal Collision again but when we do they will be our go to collision repair shop.

2015 Challenger SRT I had damaged the front spoiler and cross mount plastic housing (air scoops to breaks, etc, etc) They took care of everything (sourcing the parts, doing the repairs). I had an issue with tire balance, so I brought it back and they took care of it. I had an issue where I damaged the spoiler again...they took care of it. Really a great outfit.

I have been to Regal a couple of times. The service is excellent. Everyone is very friendly! The work is completely in a timely manor. I would highly recommend Regal to anyone that has a need for their type of work. The company (Sara) even picked me up to get my car after all the work was completely. 5 Stars

Dropped my car off today for repair. Was very impressed with how well I was treated. George was great, very friendly, accommodating, professional and efficient. Made the whole process easy. If the repairs are as good as the customer service, I will be very happy. They even gave me a ride home. They were recommended to me, and so far I see why. I will update my review when I get my car back. I feel very confident that they will do great work.

These guys did an amazing job on my 2003 Nissan Maxima. Can’t even that the back end was damaged. Paint was a perfect match.

I dropped off my car for repair and they kept me updated everyday through text about the process with my car. I was expecting to get my car fixed in 2 weeks. But after a week I received a call that my car was ready for pick up. George even asked me if I need a ride to get there knowing I’m from San Leandro and they’re from Vallejo. When I get there to pick up my car, I noticed that they missed the window so I showed them the scratch caused by the accident. It wasn’t their fault tho. I’ve been to other body shop to get an estimate and they missed the window also. So back to my story, they said that they gonna change the glass and bring it to the tint shop to get it tinted again. And I can come back tomorrow to pick up my car. I asked them if they can tint the other side of my window too and I’ll just pay out of my pocket because it wasn’t included from the accident. So the next day they called that my car is ready. I really loved the outcome! It looks brand new and never been into an accident! They did vacuum inside my car, washed the outside and polished. And for the tint that I asked, George said don’t worry about it. I was so happy and satisfied with their service! Highly recommend 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
