Very professional and helpful! I worked with Cesar to replace my oil after I had stripped my drain pan nut with my wrenches at home. I figured I would need to replace get a replacement nut, but Cesar was super helpful and was able to help me unscrew the stripped nut, and in fact gave me a wrench head that would help be a more effective tool to remove the nut in the future.

Highly recommended! not only great services from Cesar and Ben. They know exactly what theyre doing and the turnaround time is EXCELLENT! Their services are very affordable! I took my car and explain to Cesar that I had taken my car to multiple shops and none of them could explain to me what the issue with my car was or much less fix it. I left my car @ the shop and was also explained (if needed) he would take my car to his house because they do not leave any customers cars outside the shop, Of course I asked the reason being he explain to me that there was a restaurant/bar across the street and they feel they are held responsible for any damage that could be done. I should explain that he also said if I didnt feel comfortable with the idea I could bring it back on another day when they where less busy, but I decided to leave it and got a call the NEXT day my car was READY! When asked what the problem with my car was he explained and showed me the part that was replaced. I will be taking any car problems from now on to this SHOP!

WARNING!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!!! They will take your vehicle and drive it around conducting personal errands. THIS HAS BEEN CAUGHT ON VIDEO! ZERO STARS IF I COULD. BTW this has been reported to the state, and the reports will keep coming. COMPLETELY DISGUSTED! Brings a TERRIBLE image to the industry! Good luck explaining this in court!

I just failed a smog test with a Fault Code related to a Coolant Thermostat. I was told to get it replaced. I ended up stopping by Route Zero Auto Repair and Ben took the time to narrow down if it could be related to other things. He ended up resetting a gauge and spent 15 minutes with me thru multiple short visits and at the end of the day I didnt need to get it replaced. Its odd to see honesty in an auto repair shop that gets no business for it. Felt obligated to the write the 5 star review for all his FREE help.

These guys do an amazing job. Very fast, and very honest. They are upfront about everything and tell you all possible measures in order to get difficult jobs done.

*SHARING THIS BECAUSE ANY PERSON SPENDING MONEY HERE DESERVES TO KNOW*I wish I could rate them -1 Stars. A woman left her car here & paid for a new transmission & caught the mechanic driving her car all around Vallejo. She caught him on Sonoma & at Khols twice in one day. He walked out of Khols w/his wife & two kids. So he was using her car to transport his kids which I’d hope is illegal. After she confronted him he didn’t even apologize. It had been three days since she left if there & they STILL hadn’t done any work on her transmission. She caught it all on video too. DONT TRUST THESE CROOKED PEOPLE!!! She still hasn’t heard any apology or anything. So insanely unprofessional.

I’m looking at the reviews and all five stars. I wish I would have had the same experience. Unfortunately I did not. My husband decided to take our truck here to get it checked out. It was pulling once we hit the speed over 30 and was told by different people it was probly the transmission.Anyways he took it in they drove it and the mechanic asserted him it was the transmission and he could change it. And he gave my husband the QOUTE. My issue is not the price for the work. I knew it would be pricey. The unprofessional mechanic Cesar is who this review is for.Unfortunately our first meeting in person I had with him was at kohl’s. 3 full days after I left my truck in your shop like you told my husband to do. I was already upset before that after seeing you in the morning strolling on Sonoma blvd way by magazine st with my truck without my consent NO WHERE NEAR THE SHOP! And my transmission was not touched for 3 full days!!!!!!After I confronted him he stated he doesn’t owe me any explanations and gave me my keys and stated he canot work with people like me. If he’s doing this to all the clients cars without their consent this is illegal and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Reported to the BBB!!!!
