Ive had many good experiences with this shop, tune up on my car and tie rod work and all work was completed exceptional, my engine gauge came on i called they told me to bring it right in they hooked it to the code reader it said thermostat. They informed me the sensor could be tripping they removed the light and told me to watch if it come back on then it would need to be fixed many months later it hasnt came back on as of yet, and they didnt charge me for it. All the work done on my car and my husband car the prices to fix was affordable and reasonable . I highly recommend them to everyone even to my family and friends.

I scheduled an appt. Upon arrival, there was a short man outside moving cars. As I approached the door he interrupted me saying, wha u want, wha u want. I said Im here to have my car repaired. Then he said, NO, NO. Expressing himself by moving his arms like an umpire would say, youre out! I left. Someone called later that day from their number asking for someone other than me. I told the caller wrong number. I called back out of curiosity and the person told me the man out front cant speak nor hear and to ask for him next time. I decided not to go back.

Thank you!!!! These guys are absolute magicians. I was referred to them by a family friend for a broken starter. Car was towed Friday, and was finished by end of day Monday. They did it for a great price, and now the car sounds like new when I start it up. Not only that, but they threw in free gasket replacements and buffed up some ugly scratches on the front splitter! My whole week was made when I saw that. Thank you guys so much, I will be a returning customer!

Very Happy how honest this place is. I had a noise and they spend a half hour diagnosing the problem. It turned out I just needed a tire. They sent me on my way no charge. Very nice people.

These people are absolute life savers!!! I tried multiple times to replace my driver window regulator & motor with no luck. I was left with hundreds of dollars worth of window parts and no mechanic shop willing to work with the parts I bought (even though the parts were correct). UNTIL I CALLED SONOMA AUTO TECH!!! They gave me an AMAZING estimate over the phone! The job ended up costing about $100-$200 more than the estimate because of unexpected labor. BUT after FIXING my window: they kept to their word and I only paid for the estimated price they gave me over the phone! They really helped me out in every way they could. Save yourself the time and head aches of sleazy shops and go to Sonoma Auto Tech where they’ll actually take care of you!
