Slow AF. The car in front of me had been sitting at the window for 20mins. Not sure if they are asking them the meaning of life or a quadratic equation.

Pharmacy was not open at 8:00am - the posted time. I needed to pick up a prescription for my wife since she is unable to do so herself. Finally, at 8:07, the pharmacists arrived. They didnt open the pharmacy until 8:15. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I cant give 0 stars.

It is a drug store, a place to buy supplies and medicine to recuperate and to promote health. They have a long way to go. They do not promote safety for customers susceptible to Covid-19, they do not follow state directives for personal distancing and masks. Outside of this small matter they tend to be self-absorbed and generally indifferent to the customer or to the needs of the community. They are a store of last resort: there are many other stores more willing and better equipped to meet your needs.

I usually shop at the one near my house but was in area so in i went.this stores a bit bigger than springs rd.one but still easy to find everything.its got the drive thru also.

The worst customer service ever! Its always a line and they are super slow to be a 24hr Walgreens. You call in and they tell you itll be ready in 10 minutes then you get here and still gotta wait 30 more. The techs must all have been D students because if they were at Kaisers pharmacy and take 30 minutes to fill a prescription they wouldnt have a job. They need to staff more techs so that they can deliver a better service.

I was very disappointed that as big as the store is and considering this is the main Walgreens in Vallejo, I was unable to find anything I needed. 😢

I love my city but they should just close this location. Awful customer service. Store posted hours say 7am, written sign said 8am...customers waited at the door, and finally at 810 staff comes out to notify of opening at about 840? Due to pharmacy issues??? Close the pharmacy but not the entire store. Nonsense. Thats how you most definitely lose business.

I should have checked the reviews before I went to this store. Worst Walgreens ever. Many shelves are bare no one there to help find anything. Many things are locked up. If you do find something to buy youll have to wait for the one person in the store to come over and unlock it for you before you can take it to the register. Never to return to this location.

I’m a medical student at Touro university. I started getting my medication here. My school didn’t get our insurance registration done in time so there was a lapse in coverage but my medication cost would be reimbursed to me once it was fixed and I should pay out of pocket. I was given a GoodRx card to help me since the cost was over $50. The pharmacist was very rude. He said I could not use a discount card and if I didn’t use my insurance I couldn’t get my medication? I told him the situation. And explained he could call and verify everything’s with insurance and with the provider. I had to come back 3 days in a row and finally my aunt loaned me a credit card to charge the cash price. I asked why I couldn’t just use the perfectly legal GoodRx card as my mother uses it all the time. I explained I was broke and a student. The pharmacist said “if you were really poor you would have Medi-Cal”He was cold bitter and insensitive. Didn’t care at all. Made my life difficult. I never went back. I went to capital city pharmacy ever since.

Dropped off a prescription for my fiance after he had a bone graft at the dentist. Kevin said it would be about 2 hours and hed give us a call when it was ready. Three hours later, 9pm, we head back after no call and no answer at the pharmacy when we call.?Kevin? tells us as soon as we walk up to the counter, Were out of the pain medication your dentist prescribed, and begins digging out the script from a box of errored scripts. When asked why he didnt call and let us know when this was discovered, he said he just realized they were out. If youre going to lie to customers, at least make it plausible. The pharmacist wasnt any more empathetic, pitching in that theyd get more in the next day, and no worries. Considering the rest of the pharmacies in town close at 9pm, I think my fiance being in pain all night IS a worry. Horrible, avoid at all costs. The only reason they get one star instead of zero, the woman at the front checkout (after Kevin wouldnt ring up our other purchase and we had to stand in line. Again.) was very friendly and professional. Fire these jerks and get someone more capable and professional in the pharmacy, please. I will be driving to American Canyon from now on.

Inside store was clean and employees were helpful but bad area, make sure you lock your doors.

The worst Walgreens I have ever been to..

For over a week I have been trying to pick up my high blood pressure medicine. Unfortunately, this is very common at this store. Being that I am out of the medication it has become more serious. When I went in yesterday they said they still couldn’t find it. So I went to my doctors and asked them to send it again. When I went back last night to pick it up I went inside. I’m standing in line and this man went straight to the counter and the lady started helping him. I said something and the man said that he was not required to wait in lines. I asked to speak to manager (Jeffrey) who was off on break. Then a gal starts shooting her mouth off that I am an angry white _ _ _ _ . I was shocked. If I made a racial remark like that to her I would be called a racist and every other word in the book. About this time the manager finally shows up and says that I am threatening his customers. Not true at all unless you consider me saying I would never walk through these doors again a threat. More of a promise than a threat. Either way this Walgreens is poorly managed by an incompetent man that has red/pinkish hair. Instead of addressing the problem both him and the racist African American girl went off on me. I was already leaving once again without my prescription.There should be a fair amount of perfessionalism at a business like Walgreens. Especially when it comes to needed medications. Employing racist workers and incompetent child like managers is a recipe for disaster. I figure that if Walgreens pharmacy can’t provide me with my medication after over a week then that should be enough to find a new pharmacy. The rest is Walgreens problem.

This place is a dump. The shelfs are virtually empty of all stock and the parking lot looks like something out of the third world. Clean this place up or will go elsewhere!!!!!

This store used to be the best, great staff that took pride in their store and treated customers like family. Unfortunately, that was all lost with a series of extremely negative changes in management. Emphasis was removed from customer assistance and employee moral was destroyed, resulting in the subsequent negative reviews but the good news is that store manager Robert Silva has returned so things should be turning back around again! Dont give up on Walgeeens yet!

Id give less if I could. Lines apparently dont matter here. You can walk up and call someone to the side and those of us that have been standing here 20 mins dont matter. I had prescriptions called in on Friday and on Wednesday Im still waiting.

Very poor Pharmacy service. Always long lines at counter and drive-in. And dont even think of using the telephone service--yesterday I was on hold for 1 1/2 hours !!! LITERALLY, before I gave up and went to the store.If you can use any other pharmacy--do it. They are very poorly staffed and cant handle the customers they already have.

The staff may not be the nicest or friendly, but theyre efficient and helpful if you need to find something. Not to mention this is a great place for quick stops if you need something on the way home from work.

The layout of the store is fine. It is mostly well-stocked and clean. The real problem here is the people. While I am sure working for Walgreens is a very bad experience with low pay and poor treatment. The workers are so vacant, disaffected, and rude that I dread going here. The late-night staff is particularly bad. They grunt their words, get mad at customers and seem to not have any idea what is going on.

This is the second time I have been to this Walgreens in a month. Their shelves are empty. You would think it was going out of business. Every isle has empty slots where there should be product. Very frustrating, especially when you are sick and only trying to hit one store.

There is ALWAYS a line. The staff is unprofessional and negligent. You have to wait two hours for a order and if u have more than one more likely than not thats an additional hour.somehow the supervisor is always gone.UPDATE:Took walgreens on springs road 20mins to fill my order. took redwood 3hours

The pharmacy is 24 hours. Not just the store, the actual pharmacy. Saved my rear in a pinch more than once!

This Pharmacy is the worst. The are rude and very disrespectful. Then they have the nerves to notify you that your meds are ready and when you get here they say its not ready, it will be 30mins. SMH. Had to file an complaint on this one.

Do not send your prescriptions here. Drive thru and in-store have lines constantly due to understaffing.
