The cashier manager + staff were kind and so very helpful during our recent haul 🤩

It was very messy and cluttered, very thing is locked up and not enough people to assist with unlocking items to view. But I found some fun crafts to do price was good. Manager guy was helpful. Lady at register was very sweet.

Went to store with ad from newspaper and the app on my phone for $2 off some plug in air fresheners and evidently since it was not in their system I was unable to get what I wanted. Young lady working there showed me that the coupon was not in her phone but even though I had their ad she couldnt give me the sale price. If it wasnt for her help and patience dealing with me Id give them 1 star but I think i the future Ill just go to Family Dollar or Dollar Tree.

Good place to just get a few things when needed I go just to get school supplies for my kids

They would have a 5 star however not being able to use the shopping cart outside of the store can be a problem if your alone. The carts are fixed with a bar do they dont get removed from the store . But say I purchase a gallon of milk and 3 12 packs of soda and a few random snacks or charcoal ... Theres no way I can carry all of those items in my arms, meaning that after I pay I set my groceries aside and carry what I can then make a second or third trip back to the store and back to the car and back again, NOT CONVENIENT.are there any guarantees that a random person wont carry my items out when I turn my back ?

Odds & Ends kind of store. It has a little bit of everything. The prices are a little lower than other stores, but dont expect these stores to have what youre looking for. I would check the website and then call the store to make sure they have it in stock. I checked their website for this No Touch tire spray/care item. The website had it for $3.00 and in stock at the store. When I got to the store, the price was $3.25. It wasnt a make it or break it deal, but just thought they should be consistent. In any event, I would check out the stores if youre bored. 😁

Dollar generals are pretty much all the same, and this one is acceptable. I dont like that they stopped carrying so many tobacco products. I mean get rid of the tobacco but keep the papers and wraps, pls.

Lots of empty shelves and where product was plentiful it was not clearly marked. Long line as well. I usually have a positive experience at this store but not this particular visit.

I love the deals, but they need to stock their items. I came in and the deodorant still hadnt been replenished from 2-3 days prior. Thats just one example. Also I dont like how they have part of the store blockaded. Its probably for asset protection, but its a fire hazard. Lastly, they are the only Dollar General I know of that closes at 7pm.

The store is setup like a maze so nobody can steal but its quite an inconvenience for those who want to easily shop the aisle. I wish there were a trashcan outside. The employees are either a hit or miss. One lady freaked out on me because I asked for my daughter to use the bathroom. Another employee is always nice and greets me with a smile.

Nice store, generally well stocked but kind get a little untidy due to customers. Dont show up 15 minutes before close, depending on whose working and how busy they are, they might not accommodate you. The staff are generally nice unless its been a hell of a day which we can all understand. They do their best to keep homeless people from begging and bugging you on yourbway out.

I dont like that you can not take the shopping carts out of the store. I bought a bunch of laundry detergent, and had to carry it out to my car by hand. They were heavy and it took a few trips..

Looked online before I went to the store to make sure they had what I was looking for. Halloween decorations, 8 things I wanted said they were at the Vallejo store. Got there, 25 boxes siting in the aisle, and stacked around. I asked when do they start putting the stuff on the shelf that the website says they have, I was told they do it threw out the day. Humm, not 1 box had even been opened.

This kid named Jude took me into the shampoo section and made me drink the shampoo, i give the shampoo a five star it gave my throat hair a good rinse and now i feel refreshed. I think we should stop washing our dogs and start drinking it, it makes me feel human to drink something so elegant.

I love Dollar General! Another one of my favorite stores in the world. They have the happy guarantee which means if your NOT happy you can return it. I am always so happy I have Never had to return anything. I watched this store being built while riding the bus to work. Been shopping there since their grand opening about 6 years ago? Their mixed peanut butter and jelly is so delicious I bought them out the other day...lol

This store has gotten a bit better with keeping more stock. Still dont see any security guards, but I always thought they needed at least one. People use to walk in this store take whatever they wanted, and walk right out like it was legal. I mean big stuff!! So sad.. However, I havent saw anything like this lately so good job guys!!

Different products than whats available in my city of Suisun. Great finds, awesome prices of course. But, the main thing was the customer service, ie.. Patience and a smile. The large gentleman with a kind heart.

My very first visit to a Dollar General, I was elated. It looked ok, most shelves were a bit empty. I was rather surprised to see they had to put the detergent behind the counter, when I enquired why, I was told because of theft. Its not that way where I live, so I was rather surprised... The cashier was nice and pleasant. If I ever visit that area again, I would definitely stop by.

This store is a hit or miss store. Not to mention a impulse and quilty pleasure buying store. They Have just about everything. I would have gave it 5 stars but to many times i have checked the exp date only to find it has passed. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. It is a place to check out, due to the fact that every now and then, you can find items there you cant find anywhere else.

Had some trouble in the past, but I got to talk to the manager Debra. Shes so awesome ! She was very nice and kind, took time out to explain there coupon policy. She was so happy to help me. She truley cares about the store and customers.

We got there close to closing. They were rude. And closed the registers 5 minutes before they closed. They also stopped letting customers in at least 5 minutes before closing. Pretty sure that is not ok. The store was pretty messy and disorganized.

They need to sell fresh produce and that store

Ok for grabbing a few items as long as your not looking for top quality. This particular store seems to have or had a big problem with shoplifters but its seems most stores in Vallejo have had that problem. Still kind of a pain in the but to have to get an employee to unlock a display so you can look at an item
