So many products that werent there before..OMG so clean and great fresh food, vegetables, fruits and so much more. Was so surprised that I had to go up and down each isle..which I normally dont do..I love the better products that they display..I could go on and on of how pleased so many of your consumers that use to complain dont anymore. Even the repsat the register are so pleasant to all customers. Your prices are great. Even the Earrings I bought that were placed by the register..good Market strategy. Thank you for listening to your dedicated shoppers. WERE BACK ❣❣❣some of us think you should rename to 99cents and outlet..this way people dont think that theyre just 99 cents.. only a suggestion. It wasnt that much people as I usually is but you still have to wait a few minutes. Just be warned that they didnt restrict the rules of wearing a mask. So if you want to be safe I suggest you do your part.

Great place to shop for items you may have forgotten to pickup from other big box stores. Associates are friendly and professional. You come away knowing they were serving you with a smile albeit you cannot see it because of the 😷

This store is a toss up, sometimes you find good stuff. What really gets me, is the name, its 99 Cents Only but yet theres all kinds of stuff in the store thats not 99 Cents Only.

The first time I shop here was June of 2017 when we arrived from Philippines. I was amazed of the great deals and affordable items.Since then I got hooked up of visiting the store.Then decided to apply here Last Nov.2019. My very first job in the States.I loved the management, co workers and the environment.Meeting different people is exciting and challenging but I enjoyed working 5 times a day here until now. Just wear your smile and respect everyone and understand each of us has a bad day, so just be sensitive to others feelings.

Good deals but their is NEVER enough checkers. Many times Ive left the store due to huge long lines, and no more than 2 clerks. I am talking about the Vallejo, Ca. location. If lines were not so terribly long, Id have spent A LOT more money in that store. Also my rating would be a 4 or a 5, and not a 2 or a 3

I love the fresh produce at low prices, they have a good variety of drinks a lot of snacks, beauty products cleaning supplies, and theyre cheap

Sometimes the lines are long, but they normally open up new registers. Good employees, and you cant beat the prices.

Its very unorganized &very trashy aisles. Boxes in the store in every corner of the aisle& you cant roll your shopping cart around the aisles....

Love this place for certain items. Big savings on food and generic otc medicine. Unique items always showing up. Most of the people who work here are very friendly. Only downside is some customers seem to have no respect. I shop here regularly.

They are always adding new products, lots of fresh produce daily. I stop there first for for my fresh ingredients 8 out of ten 10 I find what I want for a cheaper price then anywhere else. Good customer service

When I need to make chili the 99 cents store is the best place to go. It has everything I need except the ground beef. Nice place to shop when money is low.

Awesome deals! The lady who works nights and is a manager I think, is the BEST! SHE HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! She is a very smart lady, and we always had great conversations. If you have any issues, go to her!!! Some of the night staff are really amazing there as well, being very friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. The very friendly, tall, younger guard is very familiar with the products and stores layout as well as doing her guard duties. I recently moved back to Florida from California and I miss the 99¢ store so much!! I miss California period. But, I dont miss the crazy long lines in the day hours! Lol... And I definitely dont miss the very rude older lady guard! Please stop hiring guards that cant GUARD!! LOL I LOVE THE STORE STILL THOUGH!

Excellent deals but the free Obama phone reps ask you constantly about getting a free cell, you would think theyd remember giving you one but they dont then after they drive everyone crazy they send in a new rep to do it all over again! Lol but true! The 99 cent store itself however is great!

This 99 cents only store is a little rougher than the brightly lit Sonoma Blvd. store, but they have just as good of a selection of merchandise (again, lots of variety in each category). They sometimes have different special buys and sometimes different produce than the Sonoma Blvd store, so they are also worth checking out regularly. The lines are a little shorter here and it is very easy to park close to the door, which you might want to do if you shop here at night, since their parking lot is huge, very dark, and on a sketchy section of Springs Rd. Dont be scared away, though - the shopping center is safe and clean, despite the neighborhood. The staff at this store is quite a bit friendlier than the staff at Sonoma Blvd, but their restroom is a little grungy and never has toilet paper.

Reliable neighborhood grocery.

Our neighborhoods are becoming unsafe. While in the store a group o men ran in chasing another man they were running into people pushing people out the way and the security was yelling for them to get out rather than calling the police immediately! Very disturbing...
