Bought a 14k nose piercing yesterday, got the most professional and best customer service from the manager Chris. Goes the extra mile, very great intelectual guy that brings a smile and makes anybody laugh. Very smart and professional business. I brought $80 nose ring, I didn’t even get a chance to put it in my nose. It broke in my hand. I been calling the place and haven’t got an answer.

Every time I go to this Just Pierce It, there’s a different attendant at the post. This clearly shows poor management. On Saturday, I went to Just Pierce It to inquire about an earring and there were 2 young people there (not old enough to Pierce), they weren’t even knowledgeable about the products. Ashley (one of the workers) was very adamant about my earring being the same size as the one she showed me. I even showed her the earring to compare her product to. When I got home I realized she put the wrong item in the bag (due to size and the screw ball on the earring) and sold me something completely different. Ashley robbed me of $65 for a product that I cannot use and they won’t return the product. I filed a dispute with my bank. Beware of buying things here. You’re stuck with whatever the item is even if the merchant sells you whatever they feel like stuffing into your bag. Smfh.

Got my Nose pierced for a little under 50 cash. Fast Clean. No pain just a little pinch. Call and make sure a Manager is there before you go because thats who usually does the piercing. Its a little tiny device and he just pressed down like a little stapler looking thing and it was done. Friendly and helpful. Theyre piercing is an 18 gauge nose ring to start. They give you a small piercing gel like tiny tube to put on your nose piercing. We brought the nose Saline solution spray they sale for about $16. They normally say wait about 3-6 months before switching to a hoop. I waited a month and got a 20gauge(slightly smaller) hoop. Recommended sleepin with a small bandaid over it because you will forget its there.

I just got my double helix pierced and Im super in love with how perfect they came out. Im horrified with symmetry and needles in general but this was a super fast and painless experience. The guy who did it for me was very patient and calming. Not at all like what I was expecting. I wanted that piercing for a while and finally got the courage to go and do it! I wish I went to Just Pierce it since my first one! From now on its my favorite place and will never go anywhere else!Love it!!!Highly recommend on doing your piercing at any of their stores! And they have amazing jewelry as well! Great workers ! Great job!

So I got my nose pierced by them. I would definitely recommend to go to them. They are clean and sterile, the costumer service is great.The girl who pierced my nose (blond with glasses) explained to me how to take care of it and even haloed me with another piercing that I had a problem with. She told me how to take care of my infection step by step and it helped. After few months (now) I came back and got a 14k nose ring from them, and again they were so nice and friendly, they changed it for me and cleaned it. The staff is just great. Came with a smile and left with a bigger smile.I love them. They are awesome.

Esai L is very good at his job and his customer service skills is awesome. I meet him in Queens Boulevard Location and he was transferred to Green acres mall closer to my house which was awesome for me because hes the only reason why I continue to purchase and do my piercings with this company. I will recommend anyone to him.

I got my nosed pierced a week ago and I the staff was so nice. Ira explained to me step by step what was going to happen and how to properly clean my new nose piercing. It was such a clean that it was very clean environment and the staff is very really amazing. Great costumer service. Am for sure going back for another piercing!

I’m one of their oldest costumers, I’m the X-army guy who has five daughters.And I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I had to.Came over the weekend, and wanted to pierce my girls noses, not knowing that they have change their staff (I was disappointed).The two guys who worked there were very rude.One of them was very arrogant and impatience. When I asked to speak to the manager, all I got from the manager was eye rolling reaction, and again, not exactly good costumer service.BUT! I have to say, my self and my girls, still like this place, just in the future we will avoid this two gentleman.

I came few times, and have to say that they do have a very nice body jewelry selection.The first time I came, I got my ears pierced by Michelle.I was scared but she was great. She explained everything, and took her time with me.I came back, to buy more stuff and i was very disappointed.The employee with long hair, was not very nice. I guess he was having a bad day, because it didn’t look like he had a lot of patience, and the rolling eyes was not very professional either.

I am sorry but I would never recommend this place to no one again.I am coming to shop by you from Bermuda twice a year, every time I come I am being help by two amazing girls, Irene and Michele.Few days ago I came and asked this young man about the girls, and in a very unpleasant way he told me they no longer there, and that he is the manager now.He had a very bad attitude, and he was rude.I know I come to you often, but I spend a good amount of money with you each time.And I sent a lot of people to you from bermuda.But no more.He was very extremely unplessent for a manager!!!

Me and my friend went here the other day. Asai was so friendly and professional. He changed my earrings for me and we also watched him pierce someones nose. He is confident in his work and thats something that I appreciate as a customer. Overall it was a good experience and I will definitely be visiting here again

I will NEVER get anything else pierced here again. I went to just pierce it in Green Acres Mall to get my nose pierced. The young lady which pierced my nose (Brianna) was very nice, courteous and very customer oriented. I got it pierced on Sunday. By Tuesday, the earring was hanging half out of my nose. I took off from my job to go there. The time was almost 11:30 and no one was there. Not to mention, I was in extreme pain. While there, I contacted the store in Rockefeller Mall. They immediately told me to come there and tried to get it back in my nose. They were very pleasant. Well it came out again a week and a half later. I called green acres. The woman told me it was nothing she could do and if I wanted to get it redone, she would take 10% off. I thought piercings were suppose to last a lifetime. Mine lasted a week and a half and they wanted me to pay 90.00. Take it from me, DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE THERE. THEY DO NOT EVEN VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY WERE THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL. SMH

I went there to get an earring and the man that did was Esai he was very nice very gentle and after he was done he explained in details on how to take care of it. 5 stars ! i will definitely be back !

Came With my cousin to this location he bought a chane from them. He told the kid who was working there that day, that he has a sensitive skin and that he cannot wear fake jewelry. The sells person told us that this is not fake and that it will not change color. Not even a week pass my cousin had an allergic reaction to the chane. when from the beginning he told the sells person that he has sensitive skin.When we got back to the location the blond girl change that for us with not a problem. That was back in January.About a week or 2 weeks ago, I went back to this location, wanted to buy something for my girl.The same guy was working there.He had a very bad Attitude.And wasnt pleasant at all.Now I know he is the manager, which surprised me even more.The bottom line is, they do have nice things but we will not coming back again, Im personally not a new Yorker so I dont really care, so I gues you should care less as well.But to all who goes there Just be aware.

Used to be one of your costumers.Lately came few times and it wasn’t a pleasant experience.There was two guys, one of them over charged me, and didn’t look like he knows what he was doing.And the second one ( I’ve been told he is the manager), was very rude to me, with very bad attitude. I went today Wednesday, July 26th and the girl working there was so abnoxious. Not only didnt she even greet me (she was too busy using her phone) I literally had to go to her and ask her to help me. She was rude and a disgusting person. I do not recommend anyone go to this place if this girl is working there.

The service here is top notch! If you need anything pierce this is the place to go for sure.
