I was there Thursday, August 19 and had a very poor experience. First off when I arrived, there were two workers, one packing stuff with her head down for what seems to be an eternity, she never looked up, because I guess it was more important to do the storing then attend to customers, and another one on the phone. So, I moved from where I stood to another area in front to be noticed waiting for someone to help me. Finally she stood up and engaged in a conversation with the other worker who had just got off the phone, at this time another customer arrived, not sure if they were white or Spanish, but in any event, the young lady, who had finished packing noticed and ask how she could help them and never acknowledged me, I was livid… told her that I was there first waiting for 12 min or so and no one was helping me, her excused was she thought her co-worker was assisting me. Unbelievable, never again would I visit that booth. Finally, when she realized how silly and unprofessional that had been she tried to help.. but the damaged had already been done. Please managers and bosses help these young ladies and train them with proper and basic customer service skills. They re so lacking these simple skills☹️

Took my 3 month old daughter to get her ears pierced, and got my second piercing on my ears...Ashley was amazing, very friendly, professional and made this experience a wonderful one. Thank you Ashley

I waited for assistance for 10 minutes, while 3 associates just stood around conversing. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help. This location has terrible customer service.

Unprofessional..::: Lady who claims to be the owner pray she’s not was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. She kept stating that only her piercing customers mattered although we were trying to make a purchase. She was rude and irritated the situation until it turned into an irate situation. How can someone talk like you should be honored to spend your money with them. Disgusting service

It was the only place to have my baby girl ears pierced. We went to the one in jersey. For me its a little over priced and the girls there were not great customer service reps

You did I both ears. The staff was professional and and courteous. I had no issues with them. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times. They have my vote of approval!

Lack of professionalism!!!!! . I went there to have my nose ring replaced which keeps falling out. When I explained to him what’s been happening and Instead of the manager apologizing and assisting in putting the ring back he says “ Your ring keeps coming out because you sleep too wild and your not cleaning yourself properly” Excuse me like really this is how you talk to a customer. I will continue to post until that manager is replaced. And just to make clear it’s the fat white guy whose there on Monday night 1/13/20. I’ve never post a review post but I’ll make an exception for this one!
