14Aug2021. Excellent experience! Personnel were great. I needed some plumbing work done and the young man told me exactly what to do and what parts to buy. I was truly pleased to be able to do it myself without paying a plumber.

April is awesome she literally went out of her way to do measurements and even give me some diy tips!!!! Need help go see April I promise you will not be disappointed she went over and beyond to be sure I was a happy customer!!!

I needed some 4 aught (0000) steel wool, Marvins didnt have it and stock neither did Walmart went to Ace and the very sweet and pretty young lady wearing the red Ace apron and looked like she was probably still in high school took me straight to it and says there you go how much do you want lol they were well-stocked with 6 or 8 bundles.

By far the worst job I’ve had to date the management skills are poor did not receive very many hours at all overall the employees are very friendly and nice especially Garret and Janard but management was ran very poorly

I have been going in and out of Ace Hardware the past few weeks buying supplies for my son’s 6th grade science project. They have been soo helpful! I want to thank them for helping me out and always being so polite and friendly! Thanks again for the great customer service!!! 🙂🙂

Well to be honest the staff is very helpful and that place has stuff that you never see in other hardware stores, but the prices are little bit more than I can afford on certain things, not all, but the selection is awesome!

I usually don’t leave reviews But I thought I had to for the last experience I had. I was in there a few days ago when a customer came in the store and the employee greeted him and ask him if he needed help the man ignored him and walked away. As he was leaving the man had the audacity to yell at the workers for not helping him and said that he didn’t need help that we was testing them. I was walking away from the paint area when the man walked in and he clearly asked them for help. He goes on about how the female is lazy for sitting down and as he left he called the co worker Fat and lazy which is inexcusable. The young man he was referring to always helps me and everyone who comes in to Ace Hardware. I’ve seen him multiple times running back and forth helping customer after customer and to hurt this boys feeling and disrespect him after he not only offer help but you ignore him and make fun of his weight is ignorant. I hope your happy with yourself. Your fourth something and had no room to talk. Thank you Dillion for all your help and kindness and to the young lady in the car accident I hope you feel better.

Two employees really stood out to me. They never stopped helping and always made sure everyone was taken care of. That is a trait missing in most stores now a days. Alan and Dylan really went above and beyond. Not just for my family but literally to every customer we seen them interact with.

Very clean, well stocked store. The two guys there (Justin and Dillon) were very polite and helpful.

They didnt have part for chain link fence, no outside street light bulbs, no cords for security cameras.

Store Manager David is not customer friendly at all he never ask customers do they need help finding anything and when you ask him where is something located hes always so hateful as if he dont wanna help you he always has that same hateful attitude this place is fairly new to the Valley area was so glad to have a local Ace hardware store and then walking in there to his rudeness will make any customer want to take their money else where David is giving Ace hardware a bad reputation and just a reminder we welcome Ace hardware to the Valley but there are other hardware stores

Ive yet to go there when they didnt have what I need at a reasonable price and always good service.👍

Oh great little place, everyone was friendly and helpful, I went there to look for bolts to fix my treadmill, I had no idea where to start looking! The cashier immediately got on the case and was able to find all the right sizes for everything I needed and it came out perfect at a very affordable price! Great experience overall, easy parking

I am so happy the Valley got an Ace Hardware. They have every one of your hardware needs. The staff is very friendly, and the store is very clean. The store isnt hard to navigate around and they have a really cool section when youre standing in the check out line; cool knick knacks. I will be going here for every hardware need.

Its like a convenient store for hardware/home improvement. Need a hammer, some caulk, and maybe some fire ant killer? Why not. Prices are....what you would expect, not too bad and not great either. Need building materials such as lumber or rebar, plants or landscaping material such as gravel/rock, or appliances etc., steer clear and drive another 20 minutes down the interstate to Home Depot or Lowes in Opelika.
