These guys have a lot of inventory at competitive prices and can order anything they dont carry in stock. You can order parts ahead of time and then pick them up at the parts counter. Sometimes its pretty busy, but today there were equal numbers of workers and customers so I got in and out in a jiffy! They have sneeze guards at the checkout counters, and you have to wear a mask to come in the store.

I felt as though I didnt belong here. Like an employee was pretending to be knowledgeable just so she didnt have to help me. Like policy all the sudden changed. When I walked through the door.

This place is always my first stop! The staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful. This visit I didnt buy anything because the part I needed was out of stock and due to the holiday they wouldnt be able to get it until next day (every other place I called said 3-5) but the associate who helped me troubleshoot my cars issue until we figured out the problem (and he was 100% right) and explained to me how to replace the part myself. He probably saved me $300 at a mechanic! The store itself was very well organized and clean

In this place you find spare parts for almost any vehicle at an excellent price, they honor warranties and returning things its easy. They have a large staff that helps you to find what you are looking for. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Big parking lot and a big self serve area. Always very helpful !!! Both Hazeldell and Orchards locations. They do there research and find you the correct part. Last visit I initially got the wrong part, but we didnt know the car had a sport suspension. Took parts back, and Cost Less employee ordered correct part for me. All the counter guys are always polite and helpful.

Dont try to warranty parts. Had a bad sensor out of the box on a hub assembly. So instead of just replacing the sensor they want me to pull it, return it while they order a new one put it back together and go pay for another alignment. So a 1hour $100 sensor or 6+hours, $400 hub, $300 alignment and an unknown amount of time with a truck down. Go somewhere else, pay a little more for parts it will be worthwhile if you have to warranty parts.

Go to auto parts store for do it yourself mechanics. Better than average availability and lots of sales help. Prices are competitive.

All I can say is all of these top name auto parts stores have nothing on costless, I am a professional machinist and mechanic and I go exclusively to cost less Auto parts for all of my auto needs. The staff is knowledgeable and they not only have what you need but they have it in several different brands and grades. Just because the name says costless doesnt mean its bad parts it means they give you the best deal possible so get in there and buy some damn parts because theyre awesome

Went there, took me 30 minutes to be my turn, ordered parts and asked for spectate receipts, they came in together, so I thought maybe they misunderstood something so I went with it, when I got home the part wasn’t right, can back and waited 40 minutes for my turn, so I went back and apparently there were two types so I was like ok, also bought rotors for my car and they were completely different from what I needed, it was like it wasn’t even the right vehicle, the only thing that was right was the rear pads, and I ordered all the rotors and pads, so had to go back and return, also the employees always go really fast while calling for numbers, you don’t even have time to react, so you have to take another number and wait for 30 more minutes, honestly I would rather have a line than numbers, it turned from getting your parts to 50/50 chance of getting the right parts, so if I can I bring the old part with me and compare it in my car. Honestly great place for parts but they could work on the whole costumer service thing.

How the employees were really nice and helpful they all knew how to do their job and they had great skilled would recommend going there and the prices arent too bad

Hands down this is the best auto parts store within 100 miles. Huge inventory, they seldom have to order your parts. Very competitive pricing, quite frequently beat other local stores. Theres just one area that I feel they could improve and that is customer service skills. Almost never see a smile on an employees face, almost never receive a hello how are you, yes please, and thank you, or recognition of your existence although you can be standing within feet of 5 or 6 people behind the counter who act like you arent there.***UPDATED 10/04/2031Ive been in the store several more times since my first review. This place has not changed. Still a wonderful store as far as product availability but the customer service is willfully poor. When your customer is talking to you and you have to repeat yourself because they werent listening or youre throwing a little humor and they cant even crack a smile because all they want is for you to hurry up get out of their line so they can help the next person. How about helping the one thats in front of you. Treat your customers like human beings not like cattle!

Ive used this automotive part store for 14 yrs. They have grown into a very large company that has great customer service. Especially a gentleman named Barry. They also have excellent prices followed by a good warranty. They also dont usually debate about returns, The customer is always right!.

I went to there website 4 different times for last two days and the 5 items to purchase online totalling $411 .Cant seem to buy anything in the cart.it say transaction failed 5 different times ..all my information is correct and still failed to buy,,but then I was contacted by and everything went smoothly. Customer service is not high priority or at least that is what the appearance is. Can see 5 employees at the counter with no customer and you can stand there for way more time then you should waiting for someone to engage with you.

This place has amazing customer service! A few days ago my brother bought me new windshield wipers but they turned out to be too short, so since hes at work I decided to go by myself to see if I could have them replaced or if not, just to return them. I went to the cashier and she sent me to the store manager -Wayne- who listened to my inquiry and immediately gave me a replacement and even put them on my car for me. Very inexpensive this place beats anyplace Ive been in Portland and Vancouver by far! The parking lot was quite a nightmare. As a visitor there is no clear signs, or anyone to explain how to check out. I realized after waiting for ten minutes the little island behind me is the check out and not the line of counters in front of me? Idk what the deal was but the store was big and even tho the service wasnt very good, they do have a surplus of auto parts.

Best place to go for a front row view of the shadetree mechanic who definitely didnt just puck up a fresh sack, has to install their newly purchased part in the parking lot.

Waited 20 minutes to get a quick engine light check. Told I was next, they skipped over me.Grabbed a number and they started calling letters.Dont waste your time, going to buy a scanner from elsewhere.

Had the shaft seals I needed in stock when even the Subaru dealer was out. Was cheaper for name brand part as well.Busy place on a Friday evening. Had to have been 5-6 people helping customers with dedicated stock-pullers and cashiers. they have an old school take-a-number so you can browse while you wait. Efficient setup.Blows my mind people need someone to install windshield wipers. So expect to wait while they go do that for someone.

The young lady who I asked about some LED lights was very nice and helpful not only did she help me answer a question about them but gave me a couple more things to make sure of before I left getting all the way home then finding out that the things you bought arent compatible really sucks she made sure this wasnt going to happen to me

Called on 9/21 to inquire about a part. They said they had it in stock. They put it on hold for us. We arrived 15 minutes later and they spent well over 20 minutes looking for that part. We made jokes that we must have spoken to a ghost instead of an employee! We did not have time to go to the Hazel Dell location. Thankfully, the employee did a great job of pursuing to find the part.Today, my sister who cannot drive her car to the parts store called and asked if another part was in stock. She was told the part was in stock & they put it on hold... She asked me to go pick it up for her and drop it off. When we arrive, the part is nowhere to be found, there is some kind of mix-up, and the part wont be there until 6pm. If you can imagine, that doesnt really work out well if you have to go to work the next day and you need your car.Im sorry, but that is just not a very good customer experience 2 days in a row. Ive always enjoyed Cost Less prices, but the system needs work in my opinion. The people are generally very polite and helpful. If the customers are feeling frustrated, I can only imagine the employees must be feeling that doubly. Please consider reviewing your systems for the sake of your employees to make their job easier and avoid customer frustration.

This is usually a great parts store. Very affordable with most items and well stocked at all times. Can find you pretty much anything if needed. The staff for the most part is knowledgeable with a couple just trying to sound like I know advisors sprinkled in. Can be a very busy place at times. When this is the case a ticket# system is employed to get you a parts advisor. All in all a great parts store in general.

This was the 1st time I had been here. There were an overwhelming amount of other customers. It appeared as an unorganized system to me because I had never been there & I didnt understand how it worked. Another customer told me I needed to take a number and wait to be called. So I did that and when it was my turn the employee helped me with what battery my car needed then walked me over to another area to wait in another very long line so that I could pay. I felt like it was an excessive amount of time just to buy a car battery... Even so, all the employees I dealt with were super helpful. The price was great.... And the selection of batteries was large (in my opinion.) An entire aisle of batteries in fact.

Called prior to confirm/reserve part. They reserved wrong part so took an additional 10 minutes to resolve. Other than extra time, was able to get the part I needed. Store does alot of business as they have better prices than competition.

Told one price on the phone then another when I got there. Twice. They also have a weird will call idk if its worth the wait on the phone, youre still going to wait in the same line as everyonr else so Id skip waiting for someone to pick up the phone.
