The service is company is offered is just been atrocious. For the last 3 years we have used them to send Christmas gifts to business associates. The first year we had no problems everything was fine. Last year instead of shipping the gifts to the people we bought them for they ship them to our office. They offered next to no help and we had to purolate them at our own cost to the recipients.Against my better judgment I decided to try them one more time. What a mistake. we ordered three boxes, two to go to one address one to go to another. We paid extra money for expedited stripping which guaranteed our shipments to arrive four days before the company we were sending them to closed.we received an email 2 days after the company had closed 4 days after the shipment was supposed to be there that they were just leaving the warehouse. after calling and talking to a representative, they told me that I could either cancel my boxes and Source new gifts somewhere else or that they would give me a discount. instead of trying to Source new things two days before Christmas I decided for a discount. I had ordered two boxes each value at $160. they gave me $5 a box. five freaking dollars. thanks for your 2%. it is such a joke. If I would have no you were going to give me 2% off I would have canceled the boxes. We will never use this service again nor will we ever recommend this company as your customer service is garbage. Every person in business I talk to I am going to let know about how horrible you treat your customers.

Edit: so we had an order done with them that was custom. It arrived on time however it was short multiple items. It was a corporate gift so highly embarrassing to have such a small gift delivered that was far smaller than appropriate for the office size. The issue was corrected but no discount was offered and hardly an apology. Very upsetting to say the least. We had SUCH fantastic responses from the recipients of the gift baskets! Everyone loves the local products! It was such an easy process and we are so happy with the gift baskets!

Beware - they do not come as traditional gift baskets!! We ordered 11 premium gift baskets ($3,000) for our top clients. What we received were cardboard boxes filled with stuff. When you market yourself as selling Gift Baskets it implies a premium visual presentation of the gift itself. Something which you would be proud to hand deliver to a client. Unfortunately for us, we were left scrambling to buy ribbon & wrapping supplies in an attempt to jazz up the exterior so it didnt look like we were handing them a cardboard box of junk from our garage. Nowhere in the online sales process or product description did it say that we werent actually getting a gift basket. After we received our disappointing order, we then dug around on the website and found it buried in the FAQ section. Unacceptable. We love the idea of supporting local businesses and offering unique products but you absolutely MUST make consumers aware that they are NOT getting an impressive gift basket, but rather a cardboard box of product. Very unfortunate.
