Carole is the greatest! I sent a gift basket to my elderly relative for her birthday, I live 1500 miles away so couldnt be there. Even though the basket had been delivered, my aunt was a bit confused about it. So Carole followed up personally with her to make sure the basket had arrived. I am so pleased with this company, the selection is great and the service is warm, friendly and efficient.

From what I see online their prices are very reasonable, the baskets look cute and are very well thought out! (My problem was with the customer service portion of the business..) I called multiple times, left a voicemail, and no one got back to me? That was 6 days ago.. Obviously for this reason, I have yet to experience their product - I still think I might give them another shot, I’ll just try to make my order more in advance so it provides them enough time to process the order.*UPDATE* thank you for responding Carole! I understand your side of the equation as well. It was a last minute request, and I understand you not being able to accommodate the request. But yes, at the very minimum a response would have been appreciated, even if it was to say no. I have adjusted the review and rating, thank you for getting back to me! Nice basket, delivered on time, but disappointed. I asked for the red wine to be swapped to white wine in the order comment, but they didnt do it. They sent red wine. If youre not going to read comments in the order form, dont say you will in the product description.Update: Thank you very much for the follow up, Carole. Thats fantastic customer service. Carole and her team were lovely to work with. I approached them to help me source locally made items as gifts for speakers at our conference, and she found exactly what I was looking for. She came up with several excellent suggestions, all within the criteria I originally gave her, so I could make a selection. After we were no longer available to produce the conference because of the pandemic, she kindly helped us send out the gifts to the speakers.
