Just called them and they pay 80% of spot price on gold, these people are worse then a pawn shop!!! The gold in 999% pure and these guys are literally ripping people off! AJPM and other places will pay at spot or even over! STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS!!!

I normally had great service from Daniel but the last time I went and sold him gold he actually forgot my Id in his office and we both forgot that he had it. He did call me and informed me that I left it but I was already home from a long day so I said I would get it the next day. When I showed up around 9 he never answered the door or my phone calls, when he finally messaged me back around noon he said he was opened. When I showed up he couldnt find my Id I told him I needed it and how serious it was too have it due to my marriage in the 19th of this month and when I tried to look up DMV to schedule an appt to get new Id there are none or kept looking the only way to get Id is to get passport which would be almost 200 I even said meet me in the middle with just half of the amount cuz he said hed make it right so I still can get married and not loss my 300 I put down on my wedding but he refused to be a man of his word and so now Im out 300 and dont get to be married to my wife on the day we were going to be wed. Such a great guy dont go here

Yes he is a fair negotiator and always has been higher on price but with the last turn of a business towards my fiance he ended up accidentally keeping his ID and just like a human being does once in awhile it slips their mind and forgets and he is my fiance left it there. But it does take the person behind the desk to hand it back considering there is a glass. We were called later that day to be informed nicely by the owner that my fiance left his identification card there. We were super appreciated of the information but we were currently far that we werent going to be able to make it back to him we sure tried but we end up having to plan for the next morning. When my fiance went that next morning before 9 like they originally discussed he never answered the door or never answer this phone nothing in mind you the owner lives there on spot connected to the office. After finally communicating with him later on that day and we understood that he was sleeping he informs us that he misplaced his ID. After a ring around back and forth all day and not finding it and what not he does inform us that his friend came over that night before saw my fiances ID and picked it up in hand but put it back there. My problem with this is for one why was his information not in a locked area like where cash should be held. In the mix of that same conversation he does also inform us a hell dig through a bucket that he throws all his paperwork in that doesnt seem like a quite lockdown place. We were planning to go to Vegas on the 18th of November to get married we need identification in order to get our marriage license the owner was aware this is why we were originally doing this transaction to give money for trip the fastest way to get this especially since the Cove in and with the mail and you dont get no more paper ID through the DMV anyway with pictures we figured out that if we did a passport at the post office expedited we would be able to have it in time that would cost us over a little over $200 maybe a little less it just depends we even offered to meet him halfway and eat the other hundred dollars he did say that he was going to but of course the day he decides not to answer the door closes business early and is not answering phones. So hope he will do better in future
