I went in looking for gel glue, they were out. But my favorite color of Col-Lab lip gloss was buy one get one 50% off, I was pleasantly surprised. I bought a few more things an used my $5 off coupon.

Sally’s needs to stop hiring people who know absolutely nothing about makeup/hair products. I went there and asked for suggestions from the singular employee, and I’ve ended up with absolute disaster from her recommendations. She knew what the most popular items were, that was all.My point being, you can’t sell a product if your employees haven’t got a damn clue what the product is.

Went today, the lady was rude and not helpful. On the phone instead of assisting her customers. From what I over heard, she was probably a manager. Awful customer service.
