I highly recommend a different UPS store. Man working there was impatient and rude.
The service was fine, but I was surprised to find that the employees were not wearing masks. What do they not get about wearing a mask during a global pandemic? A mask is a sign of respect for the CUSTOMER. It is not worn to protect the worker, it’s worn to protect the CUSTOMER. Ifmanagement is not worried about their employees’ health, they should at least care about their customers’, especially in Florida.
The blonde lady was rude as hell and just kept arguing with me about a Amazon return wouldn’t waist my time going in there again.
No masks on, dangling around their chins. I asked them to put on their mask and they laughed and acted like it was a joke. They did put them on but very uncomfortable situation . Along with the Christian music blaring it made me Ill.
Store hours sign say 730 am. I get there at 845 am today Monday 4/27/20. Door is locked. Employees is inside lights on. She yells at me to read the sign. The sign and website reads open at 730 mon-Friday and 830 am on sat I going to call report the store at main office. They will never get my business in the future. Rude and nasty employees that are lucky they are working and getting a paycheck through this PANDEMIC
If you are not a regular dont expect your package to be there when you come to pick it up. I had called in advance about my package showing up early before I can pick it up, due to how my job gives me little time to do anything outside of work. When I show up everyone agrees that my package was there, but because it was longer than a week, and no one took note of what was described over the phone. My package was returned to sender and I paid for negligent service. So now I have to wait six to nine months somewhere else to get my package. All because this stores staff cant keep there word, cant take note of what they said they would take note of, and Im not a regular. The staff members did not care and dismiss this like it was never a problem and had no ability to apologize until I had called the manager. In which I learned that it was my fault to expect to be treated like a customer. Then again Im not a regular customer.
This store is clean, stocked, and the employees are quite friendly!! Ive always had good luck here at this store.
There are other UPS stores nearby, do yourself a favor and go to one of them instead. This place is rude, dishonest, and inept. Especially the young woman who thinks shes in a third grade classroom and tells you to keep your voice down even while shes lying in your face. Plus they charge twice what the PO charges.
I have been a customer for many years. Always good service as well as friendly and helpful.

I use this UPS store often for business and personal shipping. Owners are efficient and courteous. Conveniently located in Bird Bay Plaza.
I was supposed to have an item shipped overnight via UPS. I was told by UPS the item would be delivered between 3:15PM and 7PM so I made sure I was available at that time. They attempted to deliver the item at 1:24PM!?!?!? Since I want available they said they were going to deliver it the next day between 3:15PM and 7PM, a time I could not be available. I was willing to go to the UPS site to pick up the item but was told the company sending the item will not allow that!?!?!!? I tried in vain to contact UPS via several methods to try to change or at least find out why I cannot pick the item up in person. Called and was put on hold then hung up on after 15 minutes of hold time, tried to email but would not go through (kept going back to send us an email, tried their chat service and they said they couldnt answer that question that I would have to call!?!?!? There is no live person at UPS to assist you.

Mismanagement of an international gifts contents evaluation resulted in an exorbitant duty fee passed on to my irate brother-in-laws family. I reimbursed them but it made for a bad Christmas. Never will I use UPS again. Its petty perhaps to whine about a now remote event but the indelible social fiasco plus the ridiculous expense borne without recourse still stokes embers of disgust at the careless, thoughtless mistake. Sorry.
