This place use to be good. But is gone down hill. Understaffed and under knowledged. It took 2 months to get my car finished after the 2 months it took to get the right parts.

This place used to be great. However now, I will NEVER EVER do business there again. It went down hill when their long term mechanic left and they hired some guy who pretended to know what he was doing but did not. The owner does not care about customers or employees. Just taking money. He overworks one guy at a time and your car ends up coming back for more repairs weekly. I had oil spill all over my engine from shoddy work, and had to go somewhere else to get it repaired. Spent thousands with Elm to only have more problems. Finally had enough. This is not the business it once was. Do not walk, run FAR away from this place. I am surprised it has not been shut down yet.

Run! Took our 2012 audi in because they supposedly specialized in foreign vehicles. Had it for over a MONTH. Charged us 2 hours diagnosis for an unclear and partial diagnosis. So in over a month they looked at it twice. Guy who took it in led my husband to believe he was the owner. Owner said he didnt want large jobs tying up the lift. They left the gas line open so when it was started it poured gas all over. Run

No one ever called me back

Knowledgeable and honest. Takes pride in their work and gets the job done in a timely fashion. Highly recommend this place. Will not get scammed here.
