Great customer service! Great team work from beginning of the project to the end!! People are very nice and patient. I have visited multiple showrooms and legacy were the most generous and helpful customer service I have had experience with.

On Monday July 5, my wife called at 3pm to confirm whether the store was open and if so, when they would close given it was July 4th weekend. She was informed, rather curtly, that they would close at 4. We rushed to get there with plenty of time to spare so as not to be rude and arrived at 3:30.We walked around for less than 5 minutes as there was little to look at. One employee said hi but no one offered help. As we walked out, the employee who said hi shut off the lights and locked the door behind us.We are actively seeking quotes to replace our bathtub/shower. This business was more interested in going home early than engaging with a likely customer.

Legacy Kitchen and Bath in Vernon, Connecticut, renovated my kitchen in March 2021. I have nothing to say but great things. I am so very satisfied with the results. Ayman was truly amazing and patient while he helped me pick out cabinets, flooring, countertops, backsplash, etc., and, of course, all of the colors, always keeping in mind my budget. Everyone in the showroom was extremely helpful and patient also. His construction staff, including Adam, Alex and Secundo were amazing in their areas of expertise. It was during COVID, and everyone who came into my house wore masks the entire time they worked. If anything was wrong, they fixed it immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend Legacy Kitchen and Bath for any of your home remodeling jobs. They were polite and respectful. They cleaned up everything each day before they left. We ordered some work done through Home Depot and they subcontracted to Legacy Kitchen and Bath. The natural stone tile was beautifully laid and is everything I had hoped for. Although the work took a little longer than I had originally expected, it was all done with care and pride by a single gentleman who was incredibly diligent in his work. We have been thrilled with the service received.

I had an extremely small carpeted bathroom in my newly purchased house. I went to a couple of bathroom remodeling showrooms/companies, but many couldn’t help me because the bathroom was so small and there would be problems with the leveling. When I went to Legacy, the sales associates immediately responded and quickly found a solution that was efficient and cost-friendly. The job was well done.

We recently had a backsplash project in our kitchen. The installers couldnt have been nicer and more efficient. It looks great. Everything in the kitchen area was covered and the covering was taken up when they were done, leaving behind a very clean kitchen, which of course made us very happy. The service in the store prior to choosing our tile was great. We had many things to chose from.I would recommend Legacy Kitchen and Bath llc to anyone considering remodeling their kitchen.
