0 stars if I could. Went to print 2 pages and wanted to use the desk service instead of printing on my own. The manager was rude and was unfriendly…. Then he had his own customers yellowing at me. Service took over 30 mins for just 2 pages. Worst customer experience ever! Will never return
Floor sales person was super knowledgable on printers and I made an informed decision based on his expertise and willingness to assist.
I tried to call this store to see if the printer I wanted was in stock- was on hold for 30 min. So I drove 25 min to the store only to find out it was not in stock even thought the website said it was. I asked for assistance and you would have thought I asked the kid to stab his eye. Of course there were not any so I figured I would get another printer. Everything in stock was huge and over priced and not what I was looking for. I attempted to speak with someone about when these would be back in stock, but all I got was I dont know. I spoke with 3 different people and not a single one was useful. I am sad to say- I was planning on redoing my entire office, but sorry staples I will take my business elsewhere!

In store service is fine, but they do not answer their phone calls and keep you on hold forever instead.
You might want to update your website and voicemail opening times for Saturday-both indicate 10:00 am opening. There were 5 of us standing outside waiting at 10:00am on Saturday 5/9/2020. Finally one potential customer saw a sign way to the right of the entrance stating 12:00 opening on Saturday.Not cool STAPLES. See ya.
I went in to fax 20 pages in an emergency with a deadline. It was going to cost me $38 and was going to take 20 minutes because its a minute per page. I had no choice so I proceeded. A very nice young lady told me she could fax it from another machine and it would take 5 minutes. I waited about 10. The confirmation came out and I noticed it was only 16 pages not the 20. I let her know and she went to go re-fax. About 10 minutes later the manager came and told me that they would not be able to fax my documents because the store was closing. I let him know Id been there about 30 minutes already and that I had tried to fax it but it was cancelled by the employee. He didnt care and did not offer ANYTHING at all to accommodate me. I ended up having to scramble and ask a family member to help me out. I went to Staples because it was close rather than 20 minutes to my office. Ill never go back.
Chris in print & marketing is the man. He was quick, informative and very efficient. Staples is lucky to have such a great employee. 10/10 would visit again.
I have not seen such a racist store, i went there 2 times both the time the staff were treating me bad. Its surprising to see such a corporation like this does not have ethics on how to treat customers. I would not come to this store again rather buy it from amazon or some other retail stores
I went to Staples in Vernon CT looking for an adaptor for my iPhone. Cormac (I hope I spelled that right) the salesperson, took his time to help me out. Not being tech savvy, he listened and walked me to the aisle the product I was looking for. The other 2 salesperson that helped me before him, couldn’t be bothered.At the end, Staples didn’t have what I was looking for. But, Cormac suggested what adaptor I needed. He was great!
Placed an order online for their print services this morning, website indicated the order should be ready by 8:30pm. At 8pm I called the store to inquire about the order and they said it would not be ready tonight. I asked if they could advise what time tomorrow the order could be ready because I have a flight booked - they could not. Had to call corporate and wait on hold 30min to cancel the order...
Sabrina was excellent in assisting us in putting together a collage in honor of my mother in law. She took a loose collection of photos and gave us a beautiful poster montage to remember a beautiful lady. Thank you!
Staples is one of the best office supply stores if:1) You need it NOW and dont have time to order online2) You want to shop somewhere that has an excellent variety3) You dont mind paying a little more for the convenience.Vernon Staples is friendly, the employees are nice, and you can almost always find what you need.If you are looking to buy cheap... plan ahead and shop online. Just beware because products dont always look like they do in the pictures.

Usually on point but when the self service copiers are down, it becomes a hassle. The associates try to be as accommodating as they can in these situations so it kind of makes up for it. Plus the seasoned associates know what they are doing. Always a plus.
I just want to say first off, Wonderful staff and management, they did everything they could to try to help. But I came 30min out my way on a lunch break today to send a very important fax. None of there fax machines were working and multiple people beside myself were not able to fax. Come in staples, fix your crappy machines or get new ones. Office Depot from now on
The guys in tech support are fantastic, they were able to replace the screen on my iPhone SE in less than ten minutes and for half the cost of the apple store. Jaime and Kristian (hope I spelled that right ) were extremely patient and knowledgeable about my device, eased my surmounting anxiety, and assured me that if I had any more issues with the screen to bring it back to them, which I havent had, but definitely will if need be. I hope I dont have any more problems with my tech but if I do I know exactly where to go. Thanks again!!

Connor was excellent. Went to best buy down the road and it sucked, people there new nothing. Connor was personabble and had tons of product knowledge. I will be back to see him.
Amazing staples is the best place for all your work and school supplies needs and they also sell electronics repair which is good. I would reccomend getting the liquid protection for your phone because it really helps prevent scratches and cracks.
Great place to shop found everything I needed and some more stuff that I didnt know I wanted. The person who helped me was really great.

The Staples stores that closed were in Orange Bristol and East Hartford. Staples is open Monday-Friday 8am-9pm Saturday 9am-9pm Sunday 10am-6pm. Staples in Glastonbury is open Monday-Friday 8am-9pm Saturday 9am-9pm and Sunday 10am-7pm.
Pretty good shopping experience. The sales people dont harass you like in other electronics stores.. Pricing is fair.
I would like to thank Alan, the manager of the Vernon Staples,for the time he spent on the phone trying to take care of a problem I had with an item i had ordered. He was very busy that morning but he spent the time required to satisfy a customer. More stores should follow his example, not just pass the buck. Thank you
The cashier had a rider attitude. I was trying to make a non profit purchase and I was trying to tell him that the total was not correct because I knew my total. He would speak with another employee as if I were an idiot and didnt make sense. End of it all, they had to re ring everything and I was correct. Still an unpleasant experience with Ryan

Let me start off with Ashvin is a all star employee. He walked me through everything with easy while being able to help other staff with questions. I had hard questions and he took the extra effort to figure it out. If he didnt like his job so much I would steel him from you guys. Ashvin gave me a great experience and many others Im sure!!
They have a great back to school sale for supplies but go for yellow or dark blue backpacks.
This is a clean, well organized store. The customer service is friendly and helpful.
I always come here for my copy and print needs - if there is ever something not right or not to my liking they always work with me to get it resolved. Also I have been in here a few times on a time crunch to get something printed and they have always worked to get it done by when I need it

I dont like how they push protection plans on everything so vigrously. But otherwise its ok. All the employees are helpful and the prices are compeytive plus they price match even Amazon.

I needed to get 100 color copies made for an auction last Saturday. In previous years I have gone in, the copy center has put my card stock paper into the machine and I have made my copies. This year I was told that only the machine in the back could use card stock and there was not a way for me to make my own copies in front. This was 11am Saturday morning-they girl from the copy center told me they could have my copies ready for me by Monday or Tuesday! Give me a freaking break I want 100 color copies- that is not going to take 3-4 days to copy. So I left went, across the street to the UPS store and 20 minutes later I had my color copies in my hand on card stock. Way to go Staples you just lost my business.
Got things for moving without having to drive far
Only one printer worked and they advertised that it prints from e-mail. It doesnt and they wanted me to pay $5 to use their computer for less than a minute to open my e-mail and print from there.

My experience at staples has been awful in regards to ordering flyers/posters. I placed and order on Sunday for pickup on Wednesday. They stated that they couldnt find my file, so they asked me to forward the file again on Wednesday and Ill go to pick up my order again on Saturday and they stated again that they couldnt find my file, so they asked me again to re send my file.@ this point I was so upset that I ended up walking away and not ever ordering from them again. I was in tears because I needed these poster by Wednesday and now is Saturday and I dont have my posters. Later in the evening I get a call stating that my order was found and that it was misplaced and I can come to pick up free of charge.the aggravation as so bad. That I decided they can keep the damn posters. Never will I order from them again. First time ordering and it will be my last time..

The service has been so bad lately that I would rather travel to another town then go to this Staples in Vernon, CT. It has been getting progressively worse in the last few years. Very disappointing because Ive been coming here for 20 years. Very very very poor service at the copy center. I hope cooperate sees this!!!!!
