Cook got my order wrong even though the waitress told him correctly. The hamburger is small for the amount of money they charge for it. But unlike other places it was fresh and hot.

This place has gone downhill fast. Ive come here many times and have never seen it so dirty and in disrepair. I hope it comes up fast.

Good place to fuel, shower and grab a greasy fast food meal

I go in here to buy my lottery tickets and get a cold drink. The staff is friendly. I meant to give cefco 5 stars to begin with. The people really are the greatest. I have to walk everywhere and cefco is close to my apartment which is so handy.

Love this place, always friendly staff, neat, clean, and not afraid to be honest and tell you they dont know the answer to your question, I just wish they were big enough for a few more truck fueling lanes.

This place was extremely gross. Me and my family bought various snacks and drinks from here and almost everything had to get thrown away. Smoothie was hot and tasted spoiled. Donuts looked days old. Bathrooms were filthy. Drink machines and smoothie machine was dirty. Place had flies everywhere. The cashier was rude to multiple customers. Even had the audacity to stop ringing up customer to talk to a friend. I do not recommend coming here at all.

Decent amount of parking if you roll in late like me. Tons of parking if you take into account the dirt lot across the street. Good to use to get a quiet night. Staff were friendly, coffee was hot, showers were clean.

Easy in and out. Good prices and gas seemed to be fine. I try to stick with name brand high volume places in these rural areas and they fit that bill.

Very disappointed walked up trash cans over filling with trash on the ground, parking lot filthy, walked in girl sitting in chair one sitting on counter while obviously there was stuff to be done ... We Ate at the Huddle House food was great ... One waitress working ..all of the tables except a couple where not cleaned up .. Employees standing around talking .. Again stuff to be done.. As a previous restraunt Manager I would be embarrassed by my staff.. I hate to leave bad reviews.. But there was no reason for the disappointment. For visitors.

Good grief!!! By far the nastiest convenience store Ive been in...I could smell the restroom across the store!!. The only reason I actually went ahead into the restroom is cause I had to.i can only comment on this issue because it is bad. I will edit for time purposes: 6-7-21 0615am.

Filthy restrooms....not one container had anything to clean truck windshields....4 or 5 employees standing around inside talking....coffee bar full of empty coffee containers....Pulled Pork sandwiches had off taste...old meat or sauce...very disappointing. We stop here often and fill up with diesel.

Always find parking. Extra parking across the street. Huddle House is the only food option apart from the typical roller items.

Nice truck stop with a Huddle House restaurant inside. CAT Scale... Big parking lot with overflow dirt lot across street... Lounge, showers, and typical truck stuff. (additives, oil, etc) If you like to walk/jog you can use Sullivan St behind truck stop. Hardly any cars at all, 1.5 miles if you follow it all the way to Wright St and back.

Only problem pump took our card and took several trips to cashier to get it released she had to come to pump and call inside to get card released. She said pump holds card until done pumping well this was at least 15 minutes after finishing pumping.

Good pit stop for this area, several gas pumps. Very decent restrooms and plenty of stalls. Large convenience store with fresh brewed tea. Large fountain drinks are just 79 cents. There is a restaurant called Huddle House attached but I have no idea how the food is.

The cashier I always see there is always super nice, and way over worked. The lines are always crazy long.

Its clean and staff friendly. But one thing is that there was one young lady that was working it was the end of her shift and she had some kind of personal thing goin on with her food stamp card. Well she had shut down all register so people had to wait to pay for their gas the girl just laughs and said well my shift is over. Well lord be whole i thought the customers were first. But i guess not with this worker . she wanted money off her foid stamp card. Give me a brake .

I accidentally locked my keys in my car and Stacey was fantastic at keeping me calm enough that I could focus on getting it resolved. We ended up having a local locksmith come through faster than my insurance roadside. Thank you so much Stacey youre amazing

I was getting gas once and gave the girl behind the counter $100.00 bill to turn on the pump for a fill up. I was exhausted from work and remember thinking I had paid and drove off without my change.Two days later I looked in my wallet and I didnt have what I thought I should. I remember, Cefco with$100. Oh God, theres no way I am getting this back.. I walk into the store and immediately I hear you forgot this sir. As I looked in the sack it was my change from 2 days ago. Awesome job Guys!!

Was able to find a parking spot after midnight, which was a huge plus and free!Wasnt crazy about the hot dogs on the rollers... Probably sitting there for 8 hours+ and a community bag for the buns...just open the bag and dig in! Dont worry about germs or anything 😷This place was extremely busy and could probably use 1 or 2 more employees in my opinion so I dont blame them.

Dirty everytime Ive gone in (Im a local). Messes on the floor, the counters, and the bathrooms that would take no time to clean up. The coke machine leaked the other day and was literally left to soak all the way under the wall crossing the entire floor as you your headed towards the showers. They are either lazy or incapable of simple tasks.

Seems to be a hit and miss with this Vernon location. MOST of the time it is pretty clean, nice job with that. Customer service has progressively gotten worse. Example, this morning at aprox 0715, standing at counter waiting to pay, 4 employees standing talking to each other, I was not acknowledged at all. I had to say excuse me can I check out. The girl said nothing, scanned my stuff and said 20.11. Again she turns away. Set the money down and again waited for her to stop talking to the other employees. Finally gave me my change. That was it, no thank you, have a nice day, nothing. I use to stop in pretty regularly as the place was always clean and the staff friendly and always was quick with a smile and a hello. The last year or so that slowly disappeared, now customers are treated more like a nuisance. I will wait to get into Childress or Jolly from now on, at least I will be acknowledged.......UPDATE : It has been one week since the above post was written. Stopped into the same location this morning and must say it was a 5 star experience. Place was clean as usual. Met two employees walking out as I was walking in, appeared to be management doing a walk around, both greeted me with a friendly hello, picked out my purchase and had a very brief wait to check out. The cashier, Tamara I believe was her name, greeted me in a sincere manner, very friendly. She was attentive and took just a few seconds to make small talk to recognize me as a customer. Nice way to start a long day on the road! Maybe last week was just a bad day at the store, we all have those once in awhile. Todays visit was great and is more in line with what I had experienced here previously. Thank you Tamara, your service and pleasant personality got me off to a great start today!

Nice safe spot to stop when in the area

Nice clean place. Seemed reasonable on price and amenities. Didnt spend much time inside, got coffee and pizza (pizza could have been a little fresher),but it was after the lunch rush. Cashier was very friendly and pleasant; I enjoyed our brief conversation. I will visit again, hopefully, and give it a more thorough going over and maybe we can hit 5 stars.

The friendliest cashier I have ever met works here. Cant remember her name tho. Great selection of stuff and air is free for tires just pull over where the big trucks go and ask for the insert that goes in the air hose.

Stopped for gas...also bought a burrito...more gas.... friendly people...must have been a shift change.

Never seen a place so unorganized. The deli had burgers hard as a rock at 224pm. The roller grill had no order. Its all just placed wherever. This place use to a goof place to stop. The lady behind the counter is joking with coworkers more than paying attention to the customers. I wonder if its just this time of day that this place is like this

This is an excellent truck stop. It has laundry with very reasonable prices on washers and dryers. (It will cost you less than half of what it does at TA).I havent been in the shower yet. Showers are $7 if you are paying for one.Ladies room was clean and well-stocked. I arrived about 8 pm. The young woman behind the counter was polite and answered my questions about showers and laundry pleasantly.I also spoke to the waitress at Huddle House. I havent eaten there yet, but she was friendly and gave me info beyond the to-go menu that I asked for.I was going to go into Amarillo tonight, but having seen that rodeo late at night. I will stick here, since I have the time.The paved lot had about 8 to 10 spots available as of my arrival. Dirt lot across the street could easily hold another 20-30 trucks.

Modern CLEAN truck stop. They have a great selection of products and a large truck accessory area. Every employee we interacted with was polite and professional. The paved truck parking is not huge, but there is a very large dirt lot next door. Overall it was a good experience. Dont bother with the attached Huddle House, poor service and cold food.

Showers were decent enough. Otherwise good/clean parking lot, ok lounge (TV was kinda blurry), lots of washer and dryers. Better than a lot of the big 5s out there. All in all not a bad place for a reset.

Clean restrooms. Clean store- lots of options. ATM on site. Good price on the gas. Open 24/7. Diesel and 3 grades of fuel. Large sections for autos and commercial grade trucks.

Food was either out or extremely old. Heard a few customers complain. Coffee area and drink fountains were not cleaned, had sticky residue around them. Night person was nice, but the over all was pretty gross. Late night travelers looking for a quick nacho or pizza slice would be a disappointed.

Extremely dirty womens restrooms and my fiance said the same about mens. Trash on floor, trash container overflowing, skink stopped up, not all stalls equipped with toilet paper. When I brought this to assistant manager she flippantly said, nothing I can do, I am off in 15 minutes... I am only one working... Very poor customer service. Another employee pulled me aside and said this is the norm and complaints dont have any positive effect. Shame on you if you cant be staffed enough to have better restrooms. By your assistant managers words and actions with customers ahead of me, makes me wonder if you hired a non productive employee. We gassed up, $75.00 plus ate at Huddle Up. Our experience there was much better and food great, good prices too. Time were were there is between 4:30pm and 5pm.on 12/29/18

We parked our truck here for our overnight break and ran inside for a few quick snacks. it was clean and the staff worked quickly to get you on your way with a smile. we grabbed snacks in the morning before heading out and were greeted with smiles and wishes safe travels.

This is the situation, yesterday 10/7 in the evening I stayed to sleep in the last gas pump without blocking the weight so as not to disturb and could leave with fascination, everything went very well in the morning with the dependents were very friendly The rest of the day until the night of 10/8 arrived, I continued in the same place, the night shift which I dont know the name but is a fat heavy eyeglasses which had already served me well bad inside I almost broke the door of the truck knocking and talking to me in a bad attitude that it would take away from me that I was hindering the weight when I had spent the night before and the whole day in that same place, I had to drive with sleep to another awkward place by the I treat the lady without need. 8/10/2019. 8:15 PM

I always stop at CEFCO when I travel hwy 287 I get better fuel mileage with there diesel than any other stations.

Decent gas station. Didnt print my receipt so I had to go inside an wait in line to get it. The bathrooms were clean enough. There was only one employee behind the counter for a large gas station/ truck stop.

Good prices

Showers are pretty cheap but were filthy!!!! Theres build up and mildew in the showers and on the ceilings is lots of mold!! The towels and wash clothes were stained. Glad I brought my own and shower shoes. I used the washer and after they were done they were drenching wet. I spent $3.50 to dry my items and they still werent dry. All I had was a set of sheets and pillow cases!! There is build up all around the coffee machines. The bathrooms in the driver lounge didnt get cleaned for the two days I was stuck here. The same spots and stains and trash werent touched! Takes forever to be checked out. Next time I have a load this way Ill make sure I have enough time to drive the 40miles to the nearest a Loves or T A.
