Terrible pharmacy, terrible customer service. Prescriptions are never ready. Maddie the “manager” hangs up the phone on customers instead of attempting to solve problems.

They auto fill every prescription even when you insist that they dont. Then they call you insesintly to come get meds you didnt want. If you have more than 1 insurance plan they cant keep track of which meds go on which insurance. They always charge the wrong one resulting in youll have to come back in an hour because somehow its always my fault

The pharmacy is excellent they go above and beyond to help you.I also love Jackie in the beauty department. She goes out of her way for you and never disappoints. CVS is lucky she is on her team. She is honest about all of the product in there beauty department. She will tell you what works and what doesnt work. Jackie goes out her to show you how to properly use the product if you are unsure. Thank you Jackie for all of you help.

Good CVS, they have 3 self checkout machines in addition to cashier, so can get in and out quick.

This cvs in particular is awesome. Clean inside usually well stocked. Pharmacy is busy but moves fast. Also, it is open 24 hours. Win!

I usually go to this cvs if Im around Vernon, if not Ill go to one of them in Manchester. I went there yesterday and the cashier told me that they are not allow to scan 2 of the same coupons anymore ( same as in duplicate coupons and of course different unique numbers ). I had a feeling that she got lazy scanning coupons and made that rule on top of her head, so I decided to do the rest of my transactions in Manchester. I am completely satisfy with the one in Manchester, their price are not as high as this one so it was a win-win for me :)

Terrific that theyre always open since my schedule is not typical, and employees are always very friendly and helpful.

This is my favorite CVS. Even though its always busy, all of the staff is very kind and helpful every single time.

I like going to CVS because you can get extra bucks when you use your CVS/Pharmacy extracare card and another thing I like about CVS is you can scan your CVS/Pharmacy extracare card at the price checker and you will receive coupons from the price checker when you scan your extracare card.

Pharmacy is quick and,convenientlynopenn24hrs. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Not usually a wait.

No price matching, although going to Walmart 5 mins away they will pricematch everything Amazon has them beat by. Also Amazon will have items in your door step the next day. Why wouldn’t you proce match?

They recently replaced their cashier checkout with self checkout stands and a bell to ring if you want a physical person to cash you out. Boo.

Called this CVS and spoke with an indian guy at the pharmacy who wanted to get off the phone. He said my prescription was ready... didnt give him my name. My prescription wast ready...

I have never had a good experience at this pharmacy. Moved all my scripts but had a one time pickup should have known better. Once again will take multiple trips to pick it up. Avoid this place like the plague

The pharmacy portion is horrible, they hardly ever get my presciptions done within a reasonable ammount of time and the people are rude!

Good selection, friendly employees

These self checkout machines are a pain...the lines are out of control and they never work right....I really dislike coming to this store now, everyone is totally annoyed by this set up....Get the employees back and get rid of those machines....

The best pharmacy in the area!

Can not ever recommend this pharmacy. Once again I call in a prescription at 8:30 am for pickup at 1 pm and its not ready. I have never been able to pick up anything in one trip, nothing is ever delivered when promised.
